I have previously purchased several Apple products from BackMarket and have been exceptionally please with each one - price-condition-timely arrival. I purchased this iPhone as a gift to a close friend. It's condition was listed as "good", but it arrived early in *pristine* condition. Plus the price was significantly less than the Apple Reconditioned price. Very pleased-again.

Originally, I was very hesitant to buy a refurbished phone rather than buy an iPhone new. However, I am glad I took the risk because the phone I received was in perfect condition, as if I had bought the iPhone directly from apple. i ordered the ‘excellent’ grade phone and am absolutely ecstatic about its condition. I recommend taking the risk! Will definitely buy refurbished phones from here from now on!

my daughter loves the phone but again she is 15 and needed a phone. she said that when she takes pictures that the pictures are blurry. I got the phone when I was supposed to. wish I could have gotten it in a different color, but black is all there was. I think it was kinda expensive for being a refurbish phone. but again delivery was on time.

I hesitated for a long time to buy a refurbished iPhone. I shopped around different places but always came back to Back Market. Their prices and warranty are great. Ordered the “excellent” Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro Max on a Thursday evening and received on Monday afternoon. Phone came in impeccable condition. Not a single scratch and even came with a screen protector installed. I’ve had the phone for just under two weeks but not a single issue with the phone has arisen. Amazing work and cudos to the refurbisher.

Back Market so far has always sent me very amazing refurbished electronics that never had scratches or anything wrong with them. The latest thing I purchased was a iPhone 14 Pro Max and it came like it was brand new! Good job Back Market, 10/10.

My new iPhone 14 Pro Max is working perfectly. I am completely satisfied with it. I would like some information on whether my iPhone 14 still has some water resistance. I understand that once a phone is opened for repair or reconditioning, we can no longer assume that it has the same water resistance it had when it was new. But is it likely to have retained at least some of its original resistance? In any case, I plan to keep this phone far away from any bodies of water. Figuring out how to provide the information BackMarket requires for me to be paid for the iPhone I am replacing was difficult, but I believe I finally figured that out. I am waiting to be paid now.

I would never guess this is a refurbished phone! This phone is amazing and perfect. The battery last so long, I can almost go 2 days without charging it. I’m very happy with it and glad I found an affordable way to have an iPhone 14 Pro Max on Backmarket. 😁

I purchased a iPhone 14 Pro Max 128 gigabit phone unlocked. I got the the black color. I purchased it in the fair condition. It came 4 days later. It’s in brand new condition. The battery is 100% there isn’t a single scratch on the screen, sides or back. I’m actually amazed. The phone works totally fine with no lag or bugs. This phone has to be brand new. I love it!
