I'd recommend them to anyone looking for pre-owned phones. I got a used iPhone 15 Pro Max for my daughter from back market, I won't feel so back if she broke it or lose it.

I have been searching this site for a phone for a while, but I couldn’t pull the plug on whether or not to purchase a refurbished phone. I am super happy with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It was exactly as described and works and looks amazing. Backmarket didn’t disappoint! Will be purchasing from them again.

The phone was pretty good. I got the 1000 GB 15 Pro Max ("Excellent" Condition) - it came a little dirty which wasn't my favorite thing. Additionally, it had started slightly glitching, now personally I would ranked it to be in Good Condition due to this reason. Otherwise...the phone has been great! I love the storage, it's still a very good, responsive, quality phone. Overall? 7.5/10. I've seen better, but this is definitely not the worst. Please keep in mind that this phone is REFURBISHED so I wouldn't expect every promise in the world that's stated on the sight.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max is such a complicated instrument that I still don’t know many of its features. I am an adept user of YouTube and I’m learning things daily. But the phone is in beautiful like new condition. A great deal.

I got the premium condition unlocked iPhone 15 PRO MAX 1000GB - Blue Titanium. As advertised, it had absolutely no signs of usage(no cracks or dents). The battery health was at 100% and had only 2 battery cycle counts! It's basically a brand new iPhone at an incredible discount! Definitely worth it shopping at BackMarket.

I love my iPhone 15 Pro Max! The performance is super fast, the battery lasts all day, and the camera takes amazing photos, especially with the 5x zoom. The titanium design feels premium yet lightweight. Overall, it’s the best iPhone I’ve ever had!

Received my iPhone 15 Pro Max just now through UPS. Came a day earlier and appearance wise it is absolutely spotless clean all over edges and screen, was packed very well and securely with bubble wrap and came in a solid cardboard case. Happy with the appearance and looks of the iPhone 15 Pro max so far. Updated it to latest ios 18.1 beta 2 version now. Battery health came as 89% with cycle counts 353 manufacturer date August 2023 and first use date as September 2023. There is no apple warranty coverage so will be leveraging the back market 12 months warranty. Will be shipping the old device for trade in back in 1-2 days.

Great customer service and delivery. Clean phone as described. Probably in the fine print somewhere but was under the assumption that the battery on a refurbished phone would be replaced. It was not but registers as 90% so not bad although it seems to run down quicker than I would expect. Really like this company so far and would recommend.
