Received my iPhone 15 Pro Max just now through UPS. Came a day earlier and appearance wise it is absolutely spotless clean all over edges and screen, was packed very well and securely with bubble wrap and came in a solid cardboard case. Happy with the appearance and looks of the iPhone 15 Pro max so far. Updated it to latest ios 18.1 beta 2 version now. Battery health came as 89% with cycle counts 353 manufacturer date August 2023 and first use date as September 2023. There is no apple warranty coverage so will be leveraging the back market 12 months warranty. Will be shipping the old device for trade in back in 1-2 days.

I received a phone in excellent condition—no scratches, 99% battery health, and manufactured less than 12 months ago, with a year of AppleCare remaining. I’m very pleased with the purchase. My only suggestion for improvement would be including a charging block, which would make the purchase perfect.

Order went smooth. Expected a little bit more on the packaging and around the cameras on the back it was still dirty. Paying $900 for a phone you would expect it to be clean. But other than that not bad.

Phone had only been charged three times and only in service two months when I received it. Flawless all over (I purchased premium) except one minor dimple (not even noticeable) on the front screen. Could not be happier with this purchase from Black Market!

Ordered the “good” version. Very small scratch on the upper corner as expected. Put on a case and good as new. Battery health at 100% with only 64 cycles. Screen was pristine and came with a screen protector installed. Timely delivery. Will be shopping here again in a few years for my next upgrade!

Everything was absolutely amazing and more than I expected. The only issue I had was that it came with a beta update, so I had to reset my data and transfer through a backup instead of transferring from my old phone as I had preferred, but everything worked out! Thank you so much for the amazing product :)

The phone has been as good as new and I got it quicker than I was expecting. The packaging for the phone didn’t seem as thick as I would expect for such a large purchase but the phone did not get damaged in transit. Overall I’m very pleased I went through Backmarket probably saved me $400 and the phone works great and the battery life is at 100%
