I couldn't be happier with my iPhone 15 purchase. First arrived safely packaged, protective film on the screen, original box with the c-cable bundled. Just like I would've received it from the Apple store where I have made all my previous purchases of new products. In the future, a refurbished item will be my first thought!

This is the second time I've used Back Market to upgrade a device, the last being a Mac Book Air. This time, I traded my 5 year old iPhone XR for an unlocked iPhone 15 Pro Max. Seamless and fast delivery with support on how to prepare my trade in and mail it is apparently the norm for Back Market. The phone looks brand new and transferring the eSIM with Mint Mobile took about 2 minutes. At the right prices, phenomenal support, and a quality product, I remain a committed Back Market customer. Next up will be a Mac Book Pro!

I received a phone in excellent condition—no scratches, 99% battery health, and manufactured less than 12 months ago, with a year of AppleCare remaining. I’m very pleased with the purchase. My only suggestion for improvement would be including a charging block, which would make the purchase perfect.

I love this phone! And I'm super happy with the speed of my delivery and ease of shipping and set up. My one complaint is I ordered an excellent quality phone but it had a scratch on the bottom front. I didn't think it would have any, but I do have it covered in a case so I wont notice. I do appreciate the quality of the camera and screen is perfect. Everything works perfectly. Just physical imperfection.

It was truly amazing! I got the phone in excellent condition, and it did not disappoint. On the outside, it looked absolutely brand new, with no scratches visible whatsoever. The battery health was 100%. I'm delighted with my purchase.

This is the 3rd iphone I've purchased from Back Market, they all arrived in basically new condition. There customer service, pricing and shipping can not be beat. Very happy with my purchases and will definitely use Back Market for my next purchase.

So far so good. Condition was as good as I couldve hoped for, battery health at 100%, and works great. My one issue is with the visible network and getting it connected, after you input all information, it will not connect properly, which sucks because its part of the reason I spent so much on a new phone.

I just have to say, I absolutely love whoever wrote the review email! The tone and vernacular were spot on—10/10. As for the phone, it arrived in perfect condition, just as promised. Couldn’t be happier with the experience overall!
