This is my first time ordering from a marketplace for refurbished phones and I would highly recommend Back Market! Refund process is easy and customer service is helpful and responsive! I've ordered 3 iPhones over the course of the last 2 months and Back Market helped me choose the right one for me. 1st iPhone was returned and refunded, 2nd cancelled and refunded, 3rd is now my current phone. 1st iPhone I owned for a couple of days, but returned to upgrade to the Max model. It was a iPhone 15 Pro in Premium Condition sold by Adopt-a-Phone. I was impressed with the condition of the 15 Pro. It came in like-new condition with 100% Battery Health and 10-15 Battery Cycle Counts. No visual defects. 2nd iPhone I ordered but the seller later confirmed the phone was out of stock. Customer Service gave me the option of switching to a similar spec but different color iPhone from the same seller or refund. I opted for the refund. It was a iPhone 15 Pro Max in Excellent Condition sold by DuckSoup. 3rd iPhone (which is now my current iPhone) is a different 15 Pro Max in Excellent Condition from seller ItsWorthMore. I got the iPhone 15 pro in excellent condition I have to say I am very happy with this order! I needed a new phone so bad. So I ask a friend and she recommend me this app it is very much worth it for good pricing on refurbish phones!!! It come in a day early that make me so happy!

Phone is working well thus far, a nice upgrade from my iphone xr i had for many years. For good condition, im very satisfied with the minimal wear and its strong condition. There were very minor scuffs on the screen & a small ding on the outside camera housing but overall very very good. The transfer was easy as well and there are no complications with the battery thus far along with no problems with face id, camera, system, screen thurning off and so on that others may face when purchasing a phone from other refurbishers. Back Market has the refurbish business on lock!

I’m mostly pleased with the device and very pleased with the service side at this point. Mostly pleased because i spent the extra money for a 90% or better battery life in the top tier refurbished phone and the battery life was 88% when it arrived. 2% isn’t much but it does make a difference in having to charge during the day or not, especially if you pay for it. Still waiting on the trade in evaluation but that’s on UPS not Back Market

Got the premium quality phone with all the checks and it's basically indistinguishable from a new phone! Great battery life. The only thing is i wish it didn't come with a screen protector on (I know most ppl like them but I don't). My first time buying refurbished for the environment and to avoid generating net new iPhone demand for more unethically sourced Apple cobalt from the Congo. Use your phones as long as you can and go refurbished from BackMarket when you need a new one!

First time I am buying a refurbished phone, and I could not be more pleased with the product! There is a slight gouge on the phone frame, but doesn't show through my case so no biggie. Helped me save a few hundred $$ instead of buying straight from Apple, so I will absolutely be recommending this to my friends and family!!

Buying Experience = Great, Trade-In Experience = Not Great New iPhone is in perfect condition - arrived quickly and was easy to activate. BIG savings from buying a new phone! I also traded in my old phone - Now the trade-in experience is an issue. The BackMarket refurbisher is only offering me $58 versus the $169 that was originally offered. NOT OK. This feels like a huge bait and switch to me - the phone I sent is in the exact condition I said it was in. I could have traded my phone for ~$160 to Apple or for much more with a different carrier (for a newer device than the one I purchased from BackMarket.) The $169 offer was the reason I went with an older, new-to-me iPhone. I'm NOT HAPPY with this counteroffer and want the original offer reinstated. I packed my old phone very carefully (have photos) and cannot fathom it got damaged. Thank you for addressing this promptly, BackMarket.

This is my second time purchasing a refurbished phone, the first time was for my parents, and I just upgraded my phone from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 15 Pro, and once I was able to get everything set up, it's gone very well. I would recommend Back Market to anyone who doesn't want to pay full price for a new to them phone.

Generally happy with the item I ordered. I got a premium quality iphone 15 pro. It arrived within the expected shipping timeframe, so no issues there. Cosmetically, the phone looked great, and a diagnostic test revealed no issues. There were some minor issues with phone cleanliness, however, including some dirt around the cameras and in the top speaker and charging port. Additionally, the battery health came at 94% with 248 cycles and dropped to 92% after an additional 6 cycles. Apple claims that it shouldn't drop below 80% before 1000 cycles, so this seemed like a pretty drastic drop after only using the phone for a week. That being said, this still falls within BackMarket's claim of at least 90% capacity for premium quality, so I can't complain too much there. These issues weren't so bad to make the phone unacceptable, but I was hoping to be able to get a partial refund for them and was unable to get one. When chatting with BackMarket support, I was offered a discount code on my next order, so I ended up returning this phone to order a new one (that comes with a discounted price and hopefully avoids the issues I had with this one).
