I bought a iPhone 8 plus which looks and operates great. Super camera to boot. Took a few seconds to get use to the operation of the home button function as compared to my iPhone 6 s plus. Planning on upgrading my wife's iPhone soon in the not so distant future.

I am very pleased with the iPhone 8 plus I purchased for my son! It arrived as advertised on schedule before Christmas, looked better than expected, and connected to our carrier and works perfectly. all that came at an extremely low price!

Purchased an ATT locked iPhone 8 Plus. Phone is in very good condition. Took it to an ATT store and they had no problem transferring my line and activating the phone. Took about 10 mins. Works great so far.

The phone works perfectly..I opted to get the “fair” condition iPhone 8 Plus..so I knew the phone wasn’t going to be perfect but all things considered it was in better shape than I thought it would be..battery health was 75%..not my ideal battery percentage but I’ve had worse..thank you guys for being awesome..will do business with again 👌🏻

Hey Backmarket this Tyjea I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to because why not y’all are the best and I want to continue to work with you guys, I just wanna say I love my iPhone 8 Plus 256gbs space gray iPhone for one the iPhone came with a screen protector which is a plus for me even though I brought some screen protectors and cases for my iPhone 8 Plus. I can download so many apps and use this phone for content creation which is why I love it. The only thing I am sad about is I can’t get the new iOS 18 update on here but ima try and see what I can do. But overall I love my iPhone I love my phone so much one more more thing I am mad about before I purchase this iPhone 8 Plus they said this phone was unlocked but when I got the phone they try to say it’s locked meaning I can’t get this iPhone 8 Plus on which I am sad about. When people are purchasing these phones or iPads, laptops, MacBooks, or any other devices make sure they are unlocked for sure because we buying from you GUYS for a reason thank you so much hopefully in the future I can partner up with you GUYS LOVE YALL🥹❤️

I made a purchase with Back Market for the 1st time. I purchased an IPhone 8 Plus for my son. we selected a device that was unlocked. And when we received the IPhone and tried to connect it to our phone carrier it took us 3 hours and comes to find out the phone was locked with AT&T. Thankfully we were able to get the IPhone unlocked. But to have all this unnecessary issue with a phone that was suppose to be unlocked. I am not very happy. Because of all the unnecessary crap I had to go thru to get my son IPhone unlocked. someone needs to fix this and come to some kind of compensation for all the unnecessary crap I went thru. When thus device was suppose to be unlocked and clear to activate on my provider service. This was my 1st purchase with Back Market. i don't know if I will use Back Market again

So far my phone is perfect. I’m recommending your company to people. You wouldn’t even know that it’s refurbished. Thank you so much

I ordered the phone in perfect condition and paid for it. But it came with a few small but noticeable scratches on the back glass of the device as well as on the protruding edge of the rear camera. But everything else is fine. I am happy with my purchase

Sometimes the screen freezes and I have to hard reset the phone. And what I mean by freezes, is it it’ll completely not register any taps on the screen. Besides that, the phone does heat up quite a bit whenever playing games, but that’s to be expected, overall I’m still happy with my purchase
