The phone is in great conditions, turns on & works/functions great. The only issue I have is the battery in the phone is degrading. It’s only at 78% capacity in terms of remaining battery life which means I’ll have to bring it to an Apple Store soon to have it serviced & replace the battery. Beyond that the seller is great & sells good refurbished products.

We didn’t know what to expect since it was our first time buying a refurbished phone, but it exceeded our expectation and more! Everything was just as advertised (we bought it in “Excellent” condition), physically the phone was basically flawless— barely visible scratches (if any), speakers working great, the battery’s even up to 100%! The phone was supposed to be white, but it is black. I really was looking forward to replacing my loved white iphone 6 with a white SE But by accepting it and tossing the packaging and now using it (it works fine) AIm out of luck How does your refurbisher send out a black phone instead of what I ordered without telling you?

I was initially a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished phone online because I was worried about the battery health. But to my surprise, battery health shows 100%, phone looks very decent for "good" condition, and the delivery was quick and painless. Overall, a great experience.

Love the phone and the price was very reasonable. The battery life isn’t the greatest which is expected since it’s a refurbished phone. The phone is in good shape though with very little scratches. I will definitely buy from back market again in the future.
