I've never used refurbished before but I must tell you the experience I've had has been great. Ordered an IPhone and it was delivered on time and in great condition. We did have an accident and had to return the phone. No problems with the warranty easy to follow and Back Market stayed to their word. I have reorder another phone. Great Job Back Market.

Refurbished owned early 2022 to the end of 2024, only trading in to upgrade. I have used this phone for a few years and got me through everything I needed. Work, life, and taking pictures is part of my job and this refurbished I phone X did the trick! Thank you Back Market !!! I am now purchasing another phone to further my work in life. I will keep using Back market over and over until I get my dream phone on my time. That' s the best thing my dream phone on my time. It works folks. My Iphone X is great. The battery lasts allot longer than my previous phone. I didn't want to spend money on a new battery for my previous phone (Iphone 8), I wanted an upgrade. You have been gaining recognition because of your great service and quality refurbished phones and other electronics; love your online ads. I feel that Back Market as a company will grow much larger. I purchased this phone for my 9 yr old. It looked new with little to no scuffs or scratches . It held battery as expected for an older gen iPhone. I was so happy with the purchase I came back to purchase a MacBook I've been wanting. If that works out they will definitely have a lifetime customer!

Was pretty good experience got 2 iPhone nothing wrong with the iPhone battery gets hot but if u guys are in aware that’s gonna be normal if u gonna buy a older phone but absolutely nothing wrong with both iPhone 5 stars would recommend side note I get the quality what u pay for if u buy it medium condition expect a small scratch or 2 excellent will get u a clean iPhone didn’t see anything got both to compare even medium condition only had a little little scratch looked dam brand new.

Great condition, cute packaging, easy to set up. incredible price! I don't understand why one would buy full price when they can get something just as good for a fraction of the price. I love my Back Market.

It came fast and without any problems with it. I'd prefer something rather an a Apple product but my hearing aid manufacture only compatable with certain manufactures for the model of hearing aid that I have and it's alot cheaper to replace the phone than the hearing aids. Haven't ran into any problems with Back Market. Everything has been above par.
