This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300

I am very happy with this phone. And bc I feel like I got a great deal for opting for the refurbished option it makes me feel even better about it. Like I am so smart and why would I ever buy a brand new device when a company exists like back market. There is no risk bc you guys have the customer service side of things executed perfectly so I feel like the risk with buying refurbished is completely non existent. I know if anything is wrong with my item you will fix it promptly and politely. Can’t go wrong! Thanks

I was happy with my purchase, aside from the fact that it was ghost touching like crazy (which made it very hard to use) but I shipped it back to the seller and they fixed it free of charge and it works great! I bought an iPhone XR 128 GB on good condition the phone is good everything is working perfectly the only problem is the battery, I only used it for few days from the day of purchase but the battery health went from 96% to 78% within just a space of 4 days I didn’t even use it that much so I don’t understand I have to buy a new battery by myself on top of the amount that I spent on this phone

This is a real review. Idk if anyone else has trust issues like myself lmao but this is legit. This iPhone XR has lasted me over 5 yrs. Battery life has been great right up until the end, there were no scratches, cracks, or defects of any kind when I received this phone. It’s came quick and arrived pristine. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. The only reason I am replacing this phone is because I am clumsy as hell and have dropped it one too many times. The phone I bought before this was just as good and I believe the phone I just ordered from this site to replace this xr will be just as good as the past 2. I personally love this site, phones are cheap and arrive super quickly and I’ve never had any functionality issues with the 2 phones I’ve purchased off this site. Praying for the same w the 3rd.

I ordered an iPhone XR black, excellent grade. I was very excited that the iPhone arrived in 2 days and it looked flawless and there was no scratches on the screen or the back of the iPhone. Ordered my daughter the iPhone XR in blue in “good” condition. When we got it, it came in quicker than it said, and looked absolutely perfect. It was in almost new condition. I couldn’t see any markings on it at all. And it already had a screen protector on it. I’m very pleased with this purchase!
