My experience with Back Market has been pretty good. They delivered my products in a timely manor with minimal issues. The only thing that bothered me was that I ordred a phone & case together & they were delivered on different days. A little annoying but not a major issue. The phone itself looked great. Unfotunately, it seems to have an issue getting loud enough in the non-speaker mode. Even in settings it's not possible to increase the volumn to an acceptable range w/o going to speaker. Note I must make is the phone is a refurbished phone. Soooo??? The only accessory, was the case which I really like. However, I made the mistake of assuming it came with a screen shield & it did not. Personally, I think this is shortsided on the production side. If your buying a "protective case" wouldn't there be something to protect the screen??? To be fair, it was short sided on me because nowhere in the product description did it show there was a screen protecter. All in all, the XR is a great phone for the money & Back Market did a good job providing it.

Fast delivery! The iPhone XR looks good , works great and the best is it has a new battery installed! This is our 5th refurbished BackMarket product we purchased in the last 3 years and all went well. (iMacs, MacBooks and iPhones)

I bought an iPhone XR 128 GB on good condition the phone is good everything is working perfectly the only problem is the battery, I only used it for few days from the day of purchase but the battery health went from 96% to 78% within just a space of 4 days I didn’t even use it that much so I don’t understand I have to buy a new battery by myself on top of the amount that I spent on this phone

I bought this iPhone XR just so I could have a way to FaceTime with my family and friends, and it works PERFECTLY for my needs. I didn't need the latest and greatest, and certainly didn't want to pay for it. Back Market helped me accomplish that AND leave a positive impact by helping to recycle old tech. There are a few nicks on the body, but nothing a case can't cover. The screen works and the audio is great. The only thing I wish I could've gotten was a phone with a slightly better battery health (mine is 86%). This is really only a secondary phone, so that's not even too big of a deal. I could've also just paid for a phone in even better condition, but again, this works perfect for my needs. I was so pleased with Back Market, I decided to order an iPad for my partner! Great experience and service all around.

I am very happy with this phone. And bc I feel like I got a great deal for opting for the refurbished option it makes me feel even better about it. Like I am so smart and why would I ever buy a brand new device when a company exists like back market. There is no risk bc you guys have the customer service side of things executed perfectly so I feel like the risk with buying refurbished is completely non existent. I know if anything is wrong with my item you will fix it promptly and politely. Can’t go wrong! Thanks

The phone came pretty fast. I opened it as soon as I got it. The phone was everything I could ever have imagined. I am so grateful for back market. I've been telling anyone that has been looking for a phone to shop here. the prices are unmatched and the product is exactly if not better than expected. I have had for almost a month and its still functioning at optimum levels. If you thought about it, just do it. Thank you Back market.

Ive bought several of these an had no problem. the only problem with this one was that the charger cord that was sent didnt work with the phone. so we just used and old cord we had. but so far everything else is fine. the condition was good.

came looking pretty good. Was easy to activate, and appears to be working well so far. Only down side was the charger that was sent didnt work to charge that phone. So we used another stronger thicker cord from tik tok and it works great to charge it. We are still very satified for this price and condition of the phone
