Phone arrived in pristine condition, only issue is battery is only 81 % health, but it’s easy to get replaced. Great phone absolutely flawless physical condition. Highly recommend BackMarket for refurbished devices There was a problem after iOS update, contacted back market for assistance, but it was a simple fix I resolved by myself. I still waiting to hear back to hear from back market support to even tell them I resolved the problem.

Would have been five stars this time around. The iPhone XS Max was in excellent condition except for the battery being at 84%. The charging cable that was sent did not be work, but that being said. It was a good experience as usual.

I am still enjoying my iPhone XS Max. I have had it for two years now. Battery Life still going strong at 85% and no problems whatsoever. The phone when I purchased it, battery life was at 90% and all original parts on phone. The phone itself was in very good condition. I’m Very Happy with my purchase and will purchase again.

Got this for my dad. I convinced him to switch from Samsung to iPhone. The phone screen front and back is perfect and scratch free I got the "good" option and it did look good I'm so glad. The phone was unlocked like I ordered and I successfully installed the new phone line smoothly without issue. The phone runs as fast as a newer edition iPhone, I'm beyond happy I was able to get this great phone for my dad that is still working great despite the age and is affordable more than new iphones. The phone is in excellent condition & works as expected. Only complaint is that I purchased a new phone bc I was having battery issues. This one has a “non” apple battery so under battery health it just says unable to verify battery…& phone gets kinda hot & battery dies quickly…so I’ll probably be spending more money to replace battery or the entire phone. Still a great app & easy way to trade your phone for a great deal!

The phone works perfectly except i mean sometimes when u tap something it wont respond. Until you’ve tapped a couple times but besides that plus the price i paid for it was pretty affordable. Im loving this phone and im going back to backmarket for more electronics.

Did not fail my expectations. As usual, back market has been a lifesaver. Helping me to access goods that would ordinarily have put a hole in my pocket. The phone came clean but the battery heats up and it shows it is not original iphone battery. All the same it is a fairly good buy.
