The condition of the iPod is excellent. Shipping was timely and item was packed well. A few minor problems: charging cable did not work at all even though it looks new (luckily I had an old one still lying around), iPod content was not cleared/wiped after previous user and iPod was not restored to factory settings. This just seems lazy for an entity who is refurbishing/reselling tech. Since it's an iPod there's no personal info involved but it's kind of annoying to need to do those steps as a buyer. All in all it was good. Just some little but important details need to be smoothed out by this refurbisher.

Shipped fast and received it in better than stated condition. No issues with Back Market or the refurbisher whatsoever. Will definitely purchase from again. My only gripe is with the product itself. I went with an iPod Touch as a cheap way to use a baby monitor app on iOS. Apparently, the Touch wasn't really made for long periods of video watching as the baby monitor app uses a lot of battery and gets pretty warm. Again, I don't think this has anything to do with it being refurbished; it was just made for playing music primarily.

I guess this is the only way to say "thank you" my original classic seized one day, and I visited the Apple Store to get a replacement literally one week later, Apple announced the end of iPod sales some time later, I thought I should get an iPod Touch for just-in-case, and so, back to the Apple store literally one week later, Apple announced the end of Touch sales I have been dreading the day when classic #2 kacked and I'd have to negotiate the Touch guess what place of business I walked past the other day that had a bus stop ad for Back Market on it? classic was delivered today. I am so very glad to be your client

The product was as advertised and I couldn't be happier. If I didn't know better, I would swear it was a brand new product. There were absolutely no problems setting it up, either. I will definitely buy more from Back Market. I am glad I learned about this company.

The order was pretty much perfect but the only thing I have to say is that I ordered it in excellent condition but came with a visible scuff or chip in the back small but again noticeable. The ipod is great and works amazingly, the screen is great but like I mentioned above the chip in the back is kinda bugging me

The iPod is great. Using it takes me back to my 1st iPod nano. It took me a second to remember how to connect it with iTunes, but the seller included instructions on what to do when I blanked on the next step so it all turned out to be super easy. I honestly just use this for music and I love actually owning my music. The bluetooth feature is superb (it's why I picked this gen of iPod) and I can use my fancy earbuds with no problems. I also feel great about buying a "new" electronic because I'm preventing more e-waste.

So far, so good . This is my first apple device. I'm a SAMSUNG lady but I needed to be able to facetime with my Daughter and my Grandchildren so this was suggested to me by 2nd Daughter's boyfriend. It's working fine for now but the battery life doesn't last long while facetiming

Didn’t think I’d ever see one of these and my daughter is really happy… thanks tech gallery.. although my daughter did mention about a battery problem when it charges, it doesn’t hold 100% for too long

Great purchase! Was looking for an iPod for a long time and decided to go for it, no regrets. Hardly used, easy to set up and utilize. I will recommend this website to anyone looking to purchase electronics.
