Shipped fast and received it in better than stated condition. No issues with Back Market or the refurbisher whatsoever. Will definitely purchase from again. My only gripe is with the product itself. I went with an iPod Touch as a cheap way to use a baby monitor app on iOS. Apparently, the Touch wasn't really made for long periods of video watching as the baby monitor app uses a lot of battery and gets pretty warm. Again, I don't think this has anything to do with it being refurbished; it was just made for playing music primarily.

iPod Touch 7th Gen arrived in perfect shape. I use this for my 2015 Infiniti QX70 SUV, as I don't have Apple Car Play or Android Auto, so I direct wire it, using USB port. Provides me with additional capability listening to music. It works very well, very satisfied with my purchase! Highly recommend

Definitely in good condition, screen is great with just a little wear and tear on the case. I put it into an Otter case and there is no way to tell that it is not "new". I would purchase from seller again. Keep up the great service BackMarket.

Wow!!! I swear this thing is brand new it came in OEM box. The only drawback was it had no charge on it. That leads me to think it’s new old stock and still qualified for AppleCare. Thank you BackMarket for existing!

Very pleased with this item. Looks brand new, performs flawlessly. Wanted a 64g or even 128g, but the price was right on this one; at 32g it still holds over 2,000 songs (about a dozen of my homemade "mixtapes") which I rotate in and out of my desktop iTunes library.

iPod looks like new! Having some intermittent trouble with “Home” button. Not sure if it’s me (I’m disabled with very minimal use of my fingers) or if it’s the iPod. Other than the Home button it works great! UPDATE: Figured out the “HOME” button. Have to use my thumb, not a stylus. Fortunately, I can still manipulate my thumb! I find it very useful for making phone calls via FaceTime. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
