I bought this laptop in "Excellent" condition. I assume it was refurbished due to a broken screen. Whoever installed the new screen definitely smudged the glass from the inside lol. It is incredibly annoying, since I won't be able to get them off without replacing the screen entirely. I think it could've been more securely shipped as well. But other than that, the laptop seems to be in good working condition. There's only one noticeable ding, which doesn't bother me. Overall, I am happy with my purchase & think it was definitely worth the price.

It was a good experience the app is easy to navigate also the many options to pay is great… updates on the delivery is great I really have nothing to complain about… I will be ordering again. For people like myself who don’t mind buying refurbished items this is a paradise.

The experience has been great. Quick service. While I understand this is a refurbished product, there are a few flaws such as a crack near the top seam, the first of two USB-C ports is non functional, and one of my key caps is detached from the key. However, for the price, perfection can’t be expected. It works for what I need!

The MacBook Air is a refurbished model. However, it runs perfectly fine. It doesn’t take that long to boot-up my laptop and macOS Monterey runs smoothly. I purchased the MacBook Air so that I can use it for graphic design by using Adobe Creative Cloud.

My son is very happy cannot express how he feels with the laptop, you can see it in his face. He looked at it when he got home and said wow dad this looks brand new for a refurbish MacBook Air. The only negative of it, it is a little sticky on the top of the screen other than that it’s perfect for a fair MacBook. Will continue to purchase more from back market…

I bought this refurbished Macbook Air on Christmas Eve two years ago and it is still working. I'm so happy with this purchase. I give a 4/5 rating due to the cosmetic scratches that don't affect performance but are an eyesore no question.

I bought this Macbook Air for my daughter in university. After a brief adjustment period of going from PC world to a Mac, she is very happy with it. It has been refurbished to as close as new as possible. It is clean and does not show it's age (2017). It more than suits her needs for school. It came as described and the price was great. A very good used Mac!

I bought the MacBook Air 13-inch to replace an ancient and inherited Apple computer. The MacBook arrived on time and set up was pretty easy. I was able to update easily to a newer OS and the computer is good for my purposes. There's a minor scratch on the screen but it was rated as such. It was affordable and I'm glad I made the purchase. Thanks.

Thankfully, my "new" refurbished / restored 2017 Macbook Air was and is / remains to date as advertised! :)
