At first I was very skeptical to purchase such an expensive laptop refurbished. But I was able to stumble upon a really good deal and I just had to purchase it. The process to purchase the laptop was very smooth and delivery time was accurate. The condition I choose was "Good" and believe me when I say that was spot on. Actually the condition could have easily been considered excellent. The battery health was at 98% with the battery cycle at 99. I will definitely purchase from Back Market again.

I’ve ordered from Backmarket before and while can say it wasn’t a perfect experience I got what I paid for at the time. It was a MacBook Pro 2017 and was ordered in 2021. It was listed as fair but shipped to me looking brand new. But right after a year the logic board went out. I was hesitant to do it again but I decided to give it another go. This time I chose a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. It was listed as excellent. I needed it quickly so I paid for next day shipping. I ordered it Tuesday afternoon it came Friday evening. I guess that’s how 48hrs works in shipping. When it arrived it was packed very well. I thought I received the wrong one at first. It was black. Then I noticed it was in a protective case. I thought, ‘oh wow a free case’. Then I said wait let’s see if it’s covering something up. I took off the case to find a near perfect machine. There was one fine hairline scratch on the top of the MacBook. Other than that it was perfect. The keyboard even had this super soft keyboard protector. It’s not great for late night when you want to use the backlit keyboard but it’s still a great keyboard protector. It also came with an older Mac charger and a MagSafe wire. Luckily I had 96w A...

The MacBook Pro 16” (M2, 2023) that I received is indistinguishable from a new MacBook. The seller did an excellent job with clean up, provided appropriate charging blocks and cables, and took care to ensure the machine was ready for me to simply connect my Apple ID and make the magic happen. Huge kudos to the seller & BackMarket for brining me a refurbished product that’ll last for years & meet the needs of my business.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

Was very suspicious of this site at first, but eventually got curious enough to try it. Ensured that the refurbisher had a strong reputation and ordered a 14" M1 MacBook Pro. Order arrived sooner than expected, and I was very impressed with the device. No signs of any wear on the device being rated as only "Good" condition. Battery only went through 50 cycles, so basically good as new. Everything runs smoothly with no errors. Considering all the bull**** pricing that Apple is doing with their new devices ($200 dollars for 16GB RAM, what a joke), getting this device for only 800 dollars with trade in is such a steal, it's not even funny. I highly recommend getting a refurbished M1 Pro from sites such as this one over getting the newer overpriced crap from Apple themselves, as they actually offer more performance for price.

It was time for a new computer as mine was getting too old to be supported or upgrade much anymore. I've learned to turn to Back Market for the buy. This is my third purchase to date, and everything has been wonderful. I have an iPad, a MacBook Air, and now a MacBook Pro from them. I've also been telling people who didn't know about this option. My MacBook Pro M2 late 2022 model came in quickly and looked brand new with the box and charger. I would've never known it was refurbished if no one told me. I definitely recommend buying from Back Market because it is trusted and you also get the 1 year warranty in case something goes wrong.

The order of my MacBook Pro was easy and it operates just as it should. I am very happy with my new computer, except that the battery capacity is only 86%. It holds a charge all day long, but I am afraid that I will be needing a new battery in a year or so. I guess that is the trade-off when you purchase a refurbished computer.

I got an excellent condition base 14 inch M1 Pro MacBook Pro and while it did come in excellent condition, there just a few pet peeves I had. Since it was in excellent condition, I mostly anticipated it being in like new condition but there was a minor scratch on the left side of the MacBook, one of the feet look pretty used, there was glue residue on the back and the battery was 96% in terms of health. Now mind you that might be me just ranting, but I’ve seen ratings of Good tier MacBooks on this site having better battery health so I was just a little concerned. Regardless, it was still a great value for this beast of a laptop and I’m still very content, and if you’re on the fence of getting one, I would highly recommend you do so. However, one nice thing to end on is that my MacBook came with apple care until June 2025 so that kinda made up a bit for the issues I had.
