The case is not much protection if you drop your I pad but it is perfect in every other way. It has magnets that hold the I pad in place and one that holds the cover closed. The front can be flipped to the back and adjusted to till your I pad for easy viewing.

Service has been great. The only criticism is about the screen sensitivity. Often I have to tap multiple Times to get the cursor to relocate. Sometimes I just have to give up. This is extremely annoying as you can imagine. Is this because of the case or what? Tell me what I can do. Thank you, Kate
