Works great every thing is fully functional my only complaint is the screen protector had air bubbles that I couldn’t get out. It also had one pretty bad scratch on the back that I didn’t expect to get when ordering the good condition.

The surface is work like all the used ones I've had..problem is I thought it came with keyboard. Bought a wireless having problems with getting the TouchPad to cooperate with the cursor...All in all need to be a diligent reader next

Love the Surface Pro!! The only thing is the battery dies quickly and the Surface Pro needs to remain plugged in. Otherwise, my experience with Back Market was great!!

The first problem is that the picture on your website shows a laptop with a keyboard. Mine did not come with a keyboard and all I got was a lame excuse from you. Second, the System Information Report in Windows 10 states this is a Surface Pro 4 NOT the 5 that I paid for. Lastly, the battery does not charge beyond 25%. It is very disappointing to be sold something that is clearly not as it was advertised.
