The service with Back Market is excellent. Although refurbished, the phone arrived clean and looking brand new. I went from an old Samsung Note to this Moto G. I would have to say that after having a Samsung Note w/ stylus and having the Moto now, I would go back to the Samsung. But, I chose the Moto primarily because of affordability. I will say though, I like the weight (it's lighter). But, there are things that I find a little weird and awkward. Like the inability to quickly access your gallery photos. You have to go to the camera setting first and then press another button. And, not having the immediate access to actually get in the phone. At present, you have to swipe the screen several times to access. Just weird and odd. All this being said though, I would not hesitate to purchase through Back Market again—for another product.

I love my Motorola one 5g ace. it's a fantastic device came to me fast was better than expected. no complaints at all... except for one, but it's a complaint about myself... I neglected to purchase a rugged case with tempered glass for my ace and now my Ace has a shattered face. but that's my bad, not yours.. I'll be back shopping soon. but I'm very happy to say I did buy 2 years of extended coverage through you guys. Glad to be back to Motorola after a brief dalliance with a Samsung Galaxy. Much better sound, more handy features (real FM radio, shake to turn on flashlight, for example). Easy to find and purchase this phone. Price seemed to compare favorably to other re-furbished. My third Back Market purchase.

Was very hesitant to order anything refurbished, but it came in almost brand new quality. I can say for tech I will have to buy 2nd hand from now on!!

Very pleased with my 2024 Motorola Edge. Arrived quickly. The "good condition" it was described as being was actually near mint. Works extremely well. We have ordered from Back Market before, and they have always delivered with excellence. I'm pleased.

Two Days Of Inactive VS Music Battery, and 6 Hours Of Gaming Battery! I would have to limit how much Gaming Time I should play, because I don’t have much Ages left remaining! Nice that I can customize A Windows 12 Launcher, and A Dynamic Island at top! Next Time, buy a 5G Wireless Motorola, since this one was enabled with only Verizon Wireless and it’s not Consumer Cellular enabled!

Phone arrived like new. Satisfied with the phone, better deal and the space is great. Just what I want for my secondary phone. I bought Motorola edge when it was few months old for $960. When I saw this deal I couldn’t afford to miss it. Would recommend it.
