The order was quick to get here but the phone it’s self microphone barely works the phone doesn’t get really loud also

Smartphone has a sticky screen whenever it's plugged in, from the day of opening it out of the box, so clearly no sort of quality control or testing is done on the product. When you press the screen, it'll triple press it, making typing or clicking things very difficult. I shrugged it off for the first few weeks, thinking it is what it is, this is what I get for buying cheap! I had suspicions that the fast charging didn't work, and now it barely charges at all. I was sold a junk, refurbished phone that they hype up, stating that they have to charge us a small fee for quality testing? Good to know that small fee was put towards nothing in general because I was given a crap phone from the get-go

Seller sold me stolen phone. Can't check IMEI to see if phone is unlocked (error) or restricted (stolen). Back Market's return policy is just ok. I am homebound/handicapped, making it nearly impossible to drop off at UPS. Now UPS wants to charge about $15 to pick up package. That is probably more than the total shipping charge would be. sheesh Rant done. 👎🏽📛
