5/5Yah! Another great buy from BackMarket. The response time of this computer is amazing and I am so happy with this purchase. 4.2/5came on time, was a little scuffed on the faceplate, but that’s to be expected. they wrapped the scuffs on the metal casing on the sides with this fake plastic wrap that had the same feeling as the metal plate, but It was done pretty poorly so I just ripped it off. outer refurbishing was pretty bad even though I selected “excellent” quality. I took out the board and moved it to a new case, mATX but only a 2 screws fit the holes. other than that, runs perfectly fine, and now runs as a low budget gaming pc with a different power supply and gpu. overal good buy for $110 subtotalDell Optiplex 5040 Core i7 3.4 GHz - SSD 256 GB RAM 8GBReviewed in the United States on December 3, 2023

4/5The good news is the HP EliteDesk was delivered in great condition and fired right up. The only issue is the old Acer has Windows 11 and the refurbed has Windows 10 and Generation 6 processor which won't allow an 11 upgrade. I'm stuck and need help. Old Acer is fading fast. 5/5best computer i've had thus far. the only thing i can say that is maybe an issue is the volume of the fan when running software or being on a site that requires a lot of juice.
