I ordered this phone for my new business. This phone was advertised as "Fully Unlocked", which it was not. I purchased a phone case/screen protector for it and had plans to set the phone up quickly to activate a phone number to be able to start the process of making business cards. Upon attempting to set it up, I was informed the phone was still locked. I reached out and requested it to be unlocked/returned to me, in which I had to ship it off, only to be told they would just refund me. So I lost money on the phone case and screen protector as well as had to push back business card/business decal printing, I wasted my time in attempting to set it up/dropping it off to be shipped back all due to inaccurate marketing. Please do your due diligence when making these listings, you are costing people time and money with your mistakes.
