This A35 arrived like new & worked well for me but I checked & decided to go with a friends favorite phone & bought one--- a Note 20 Ultra.--- so I returned this A 35 in great shape for refund thanks to Backmarket policys--they are great.

A little glitch in delivery but turned out good. Otherwise Back Market y'all rock. Phone is like brand new. Thank you

It is a Christmas Gift for my mom, it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas (which is a plus by itself). So far so good. Hopefully it last for a few years.

So far not to happy with the phone. I have to restart just about every day, sometimes twice a day. Then the phone tells me I have no cell services. So paying for a excellent phone not so good.

Works perfectly for my mother. Her phone was acting up and doing things it's not supposed to do. This phone is an upgrade to her. Loves it.

Seller lied about phone. Was listed as 8 gb memory. When I received it and checked the phone it is a 6 gb memory. If I had known that I would've gone for the same phone in premium condition that was listed cheaper than the one I got in excellent condition. The premium condition phone was listed as 6gb and less expensive so they did charge for thr 8 gb version while delivering a 6 gb.

I ordered this phone and it was never shipped. I really needed a new phone. 😞
