Sent the phone with the wrong charger.

Hope this doesn't happen again: Buy a good phone from a seller, wait 4 weeks to get shipment, miss the shipment b/c of the delay and my schedule, get to the phone a year later and discover that the screen doesn't work. And then I try to find a Backmarket internal customer service channel to voice this experience, but here I am instead, writing a public bad review for what I believe is a good app. Anyone else?

The phone I bought was managed by Coke Florida is still enrolled in a mobile device management program, and was as good as a brick on arrival. Worse, I got excited and put in my SD card before realizing that fact and I think the mdm program erased all my data :(

The product is very very bad and worthless, it gets so hot when charging and doesn't turn off, the sim tray broken. It's a total trash. It doesn't even deserve a star,but I have sent this review.

loved the phone while it worked but ended up just turning off one day and never turned back on. very sad

went to activate the phone and the lady to me the phone wasn’t unlocked
