    I will need to upgrade soon, because there are some apps necessary that don't run on older phones. However, I had an excellent experience buying this phone and love to not contribute to the ethical costs of the new phone market.     I didn’t get the correct charger with the phone. It also keeps giving me a *86 voicemail message, which is from a Verizon service. It also still has Verizon shortcut phone numbers in the contacts list that I can’t delete. The phone still has VZ apps on the phone and it boots up with the VZ logo even though I am not using VZ. The phone was also slightly damaged on one corner. Still with all the issues, I still like the Samsung galaxy S7.
