I orded and I received my Samsung in one week. It was very nice, it looked like a new brand. I think I’ll buy another stuffs from this Market. I just greet Back Market to give me that opportunity to buy a phone wich look like a new phone.

Phone did not work. Spent hours on phone with my provider and at the end of the day nothing. Refund could take over a week and my other option is to buy another and get a refund after I send other back. Why would I want to spend more money buying from you guys when my first experience was so very bad.

I ordered a fair condition phone but felt almost new. It had just 2 micro dents on the frame which were hard to notice. Battery backup is good and easily lasts a whole day for medium use. A full charge gives a solid 3 hours screen on time or 2.5 days on standby

Phone looks great. Paid the extra money for 2 day delivery, but it ended up taking 3 days. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but when you're without a phone - it is. That being said - I am very happy with the phone.

Pretty good, I didn't expect interface/experience differences between T-Mobile and Unlocked versions of the S8 but I'll adjust. Only issue was a black spot of no screen in the bottom left of it's display, otherwise its perfectly fine and a great deal for the $67 I paid.

The customer service is great! Shipping was right on time, happy with that. Phone looks great, however; the volume is so low I have to put it on speaker to hear when on a phone call. My previous Galaxy S8 was fine, I had no problem hearing.

I literally love every device I buy from backmarket. They look so new, very decent and affordable. thumps up and abosutely one of the best. my fav refurbished electronic market at the moment...

This is my second time ordering from Backmarket. I went with a good condition phone as I might be switching providers soon. The phone showed up in perfect condition and was exactly as described. However, after a day I noticed the battery draining and charging at varying rates. The battery swelled up and the phone would not work unless plugged in. My old phone died completely after I was able to barely transfer all my data and photos over, so the easiest route was just for me to go to a local shop and get a new battery and back glass installed. Phone has worked flawlessly since. I did not bother contacting Backmarket since the phone is now fine and I bought just a "good" condition phone. So this is just a message on you do take a chance with used low rated phones. Overall, really like using Backmarket and will purchase form them again.
