Ordered black galaxy s9 excellent condition to use for trade in, received a blue s9 slightly below excellent condition. Trade in was still accepted, but quality control could be better. Also would’ve messaged customer service but the system routes and directs in a way that makes that difficult.

When I bought a Galaxy S9, I was assured that "most" service providers would accept it. I went to Spectrum where the agent helped to cancel my Gov't phone service and set up the S9, BUT then he said oh sorry Spectrum doesn't provide for that model. Things got confusing, since I knew I'd put the S9 on my credit and would need to return it. HOWEVER, the agent told me that if I traded it in, I would be elegible for a promotional that ends up with a new phone, the Motorola RAZR for free (!) I have confirmed that there was no misunderstanding. So I will pay for rather than return the S9. I appreciate being able to cancel the extra warrantee. Thank you.

Getting it delivered only took 2 days. Phone was packaged securely and thoroughly. The phone itself was in wonderful condition even though I bought it as “Good.” Have no complaints. Amazing service and quality for an unbeatable price.

I would give this transaction 6 stars if I could. This phone literally looks factory new. Original Samsung packaging and documentation included. It even had the OEM looking screen protector on it. On time shipping and great price as well. Job well done BackMarket.

The phone was packed securely to prevent damage in transit and arrived in great condition. The phone looked practically brand new. It had almost zero scratches. The phone had been factory reset and all evidence from any previous owner had been completely wiped from all system data folders. I would definitely buy from this vendor again!

Came in factory packaging, but had a bit of some kind of powder it seemed around the crack in the edge of the phone and something in the speaker causing it to sound a bit tinny but it ended up resolving itself. Couple days after buying I try the selfie camera and it's as if there's a cataract over the screen. Hopefully I can get a repair.

To be honest we phone look good, first buying a phone on the web site and I everything was except the battery seriously I can rarely use the phone for more than 45 minutes. 1 first phone et really disappointed and I give them another try and let's see if will be different

Been using backmarket for years now. As always, my order was perfect. Typically I'll just buy older phones for use with trade in at T-Mobile. I can always count on the quality being perfect for getting a trade promo!

It came looking brand new. However: 1) The battery drains extremely quickly so I have to keep it plugged in from about 1 pm. 2) The camera is not as sharp as it should be. I bought it to replace the same phone I had before, and the pictures from this one are lighter. I checked if there's a plastic I haven't removed but there isn't, so I guess that's how the camera on this one works. I'm not returning it because I dropped it and it got a crack so I certainly don't expect them to replace it. For the price I paid (around $130) I would probably do it again, but this time I'm aware that buying a refurbished phone is not exactly like buying a new .
