I bought this as a backup for the lightest and most powerful laptop I've owned-- I have another one of these that I don't want to lose if it starts not working. So I found this and bought immediately. The price was right. I wasn't sure about the company. But wow. Eight emails along the way, all just letting me know where my order was at-- it was more than I needed, but also reassuring, as I was on the road. The laptop arrived in great condition, UPS Blue, perfectly reconditioned and like new, and works well. The white glove service is much appreciated-- at a time in history where service is really pretty much all that is left to differentiate. Five stars to BackMarket. Highest recommendation. I've looked hi and low for a replacement for my Samsung NP940X3L Spin due to hinge failures on that laptop; but thanks to Back Market I found the perfect replacement in the Non-spin model NP900X3L and cloning to a larger M.2 SSD is easy! Thanks Back Market!!!

The item was in great condition and at a good price. This is the slimmest and lightest laptop you can get with this much power!!! it weighs less than 2 pounds! I don't know why they stopped making them. And by getting a refurb you can get it much much cheaper than they were when new. They were over $1k when first released.

Item main description incorrect, the QUALCOMM chip listed is from 2013 and not the one in the laptop. The condition is listed as new in box, it is not. The condition IS excellent but not accurate. The part number in the description is one with an INTEL chip inside. It was the model I was hoping it was and in very good condition. Price was competitive. The only reason I took a chance was the 30 day money back guareentee.

this laptop is light and very easy to use, been using since 2022 still work great and my go to for everything work

user error caused my package to be late, that's on me. the customer service was great when dealing with it but upon arrival i noticed it was not touchscreen and did not come with a pen. no where did it say it would so i let it slide. my big issue is the screen goes wack sometimes like its being touched in multiple spots at once making it unusable until it stops. a couple screws are also loose on the bottom causing me to catch tables, skin, etc. when i'm moving around. Lastly i had to erase it twice because of an error where my touch-pad only worked on the lock screen then froze once logged on also making it impossible to use unless using "tab" for everything. will be returning.
