I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Refurbished watch. There wasn't a scratch or blemish. Battery is strong. I'm happy with my purchase. This is my second time purchasing from Back Market, and both times I have received A+ quality products. I love the one year warranty. would purchase again.

I was nervous buying something from a website without talking to a real person. But it came in sooner than expected, and it works like new. If I had gotten this as a gift, I never would have known this is refurbished. Even the screen has no scratches on it. The only thing that I wish had changed was that it was dead when it came in the mail. But that's not a big enough deal for me to lower my rating.

I am so happy I went through Back Market to get a refurbished watch! It functions like new and looks brand new too. I have to charge it every day and a half but I think that's normal for how much I use it. I also accidentally got the larger size, but it doesn't look too bad as I paired it with a gold strap and protective cover on my small wrists.

I bought 2 watches recently, one Galaxy watch 5 and a Galaxy watch 5 Pro. One being for me (5 Pro) and the other being for my wife. The one I bought my wife was sold as being in excellent condition and the Pro I got for myself was sold as fair condition. My wifes watch looks and works as if it is brand new. Mine has what looks to be a small bit of glue residue on the bezel, otherwise looks new as well. The pricing was wonderful. Shipping time phenomenal. Communication was perfect. I am hoping I don't have to use it but if for whatever reason I need to warranty one or the other I am confident it will be smooth as well.

I've ordered many items in the past. The quality has been great, like new no blemishes, no issues. I ordered the Galaxy watch 5 rated in excellent condition, and it had some scratches on the watch bezel. To me that's not excellent condition for the bezel. But overall the watch face looks good and works well. I just wanted to mention this because the condition should have been listed as good. Overall I can't complain. I will continue to order since the experience has been excellent!

This was my first time buying refurbished. When my watch arrived, it was spotless, with no scratches. I'm pretty sure I didn't get the stock charger because it has weird writing that doesn't look like official Samsung writing. But I have been using it since the fifth of January and it's been keeping up

Had difficulty logging onto site and executing purchase, but some live technical support eventually helped me log in. I received what appears to be a brand new watch although I paid for a refurb. The watch works very well other than the need for pairing with a Samsung smart phone to fully work (i.e., ecg & hr functions). No fault of Back Market, however.

Watch is great! It updated a few times when I charged it up but it works really well and the apps and my phone sync up perfectly. The bluetooth aspect is fantastic quality. Buying it refurbished was a good decision.

My gf bought me this same watch off of Amazon as a Christmas gift and it was also refurbished, sadly I only was able to use it for about a month before it started acting up, between not charging, not holding a charge for long, as well as other issues, until it finally died completely. I have since setup this watch and it looks, acts, and works like it's brand new which makes me quite happy. I will definitely be purchasing more products in the future
