This phone is almost indistinguishable from a new other than a small scratch on the first camra near the bezel that dosent affect camra quality and it was verry dusty but I just wiped it down overall I am verry pleased with this purchase

I have always been impressed even when I have gotten fair quality it's been excellent. this time I got Good, to ensure it was better than fair as a future gift for my son. not only is it quite visibly scratched but it is dented. that's usually fair not good quality. and I still never received that for fair. I'm disappointed. the shipping was great. it powers on and works appropriately.

Wasn't exactly 48hr delivery, but it arrived earlier than BackMarket presumed. The phone's in awesome condition for just Good, besides the small scratches here 'n there. Along that, I did get the exact phone I ordered. Though I wish they included a sim remover. But besides that, the phone is entirely functional, more over previous sites I've used, this one is one I recommend the most!

I ordered the excellent condition model. It arrived quickly and I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't new (other than it not coming in the original manufacturer packaging). I came from a Note 20 Ultra and am very happy with my purchase.

Exchanged a Samsung Galaxy S9 for a Samsung Galaxy S23. The order process itself was very easy and product shipped/arrived as promised. The staff picks were helpful in deciding on what to get as well. I had no problem setting up the phone myself thru my current carrier Verizon. ALL data transferred successfully. I took it in just to make sure I did everything correctly and without knowing it was refurbish, even they said the phone looked and operated as New. I would definitely use Black Market again . (I ordered an Excellent level which was similar price to Good condition at the time.)

I'm satisfied with my Galaxy S23 purchased from Back Market, and would buy again. Why pay full retail when you can get refurbished for much less? Refurbished is actually BETTER because it is more thoroughly tested than new!
