Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! So glad I ordered from Give Back Wireless instead of Amazon or Apple refurbished. Phone works perfectly and was set at a very fair price. 10/10 would order again. so far, I am overall impressed with my recent unlocked iPhone 12. my previous iPhone had a failing battery and I intend to trade it in to get a tiny amount of cash. and my overall intention of getting an unlocked iPhone 12 is for mobile videography and not to show off. the battery lifespan is at 88% 2% below 90. the battery life seems to hold up and I believe I have up to 3 years to get Apple's IOS updates.

I got a fair condition iPhone 13 Pro 256gb and man, this this is like excellent condition! It arrived with the screen and back glass scratch-free!! Only minor scuffs on the sides which is nothing, right!??! This was the lowest prices comparing it to other platforms like Plug or even eBay. I’ve always bought my phone refurbished and on eBay but I have back market a try and they definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Only putting a 5 star so that people can actually see this. I ordered an iPhone 8 plus 128GB in gold and received a red iPhone SE. So I put in a replacement, sent it back to the seller so I can do the replacement and instead of actually sending me the proper phone they just sent me a refund 2 weeks after my initial order. I will also add that the packaging was not that good. The phone was “secured” with bubble wrap in a box that was clearly bigger than it. The box also had 3 SIM card tools that were clearly just tossed into the box. You can see one of them if you look closely. Only positive thing I have to say was that the customer service was decent. I’m disappointed cause I was excited but I should’ve listened to the reviews. Take my advice and do the same.

Decided to go with a premium condition iPhone 14. Arrived fast and exactly as described. Had no signs of use and a battery health of 100%. Probably could have picked an excellent condition phone to save some more money, but very happy with phone that appears in new condition without paying new price.

This was my first purchase from Back Market and I've got to say, I am beyond impressed and pleased with my phone! I was so hesitant and nervous spending so much money on a refurbished phone, and on top of that, using this website because I had never heard of it... but my phone came in almost perfect condition and has been so awesome! I got the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at "good" condition, and 3 weeks into it, this has been the best phone I've ever owned! The battery lasts all day, the screen and camera are so clear, and it's been fast and efficient with everything so far. I couldn't be happier with this phone so far! I am so glad I stumbled across Back Market!

This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days. I bought my first refurbished IPhone with Backmarket in 2019 - an IPhone 7. I got it in the "excellent" condition and it was excellent for 5 years! I loved my IPhone 7 and the only reason I gave it up was because the IOS would only go to 14 and some of my needed apps did not support IOS 14 anymore. So with a great deal of research, including articles on BackMarket, I decided on an IPhone 13, again in "excellent" condition, trading in my old Iphone 7. Trade-in super easy - was given a trade-in price within seconds, free shipping, constant communication, and $ within my bank account all within a week. As for my IPhone 13 - Apple has made copying from old phone to new phone a breeze (not like the old days with needing to backup and copy from ICloud).
