One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

The PS4 looks in good condition, as ordered, bits of dust here and there but not to worry. It's also pretty loud, but I've heard that's normal for PS4 considering how old they are. It's what I ordered anyway, so once again, not complaining.

Only one crash that I can recall since unboxing, everything runs smoothly downloads are fast but I couldn’t transfer my ps4 data even after 3 tries and only certain cloud saves transferred from my ps4 games but aye 🤷🏽‍♂️

So far it’s been great , the ps vita is in good shape , the charger it’s the original witch I do appreciate , I am still testing but so far it is a good purchase I am happy

Works great! Very pleased with purpose. Never saw such an intricately packed order in my life! Plastic air pillows, items wrapped and and extremely well padded. A box within a box. All the required cords included as well as the game I purchased. I've ordered many items from this company and had only 1 issue, one time. They fixed the problem with no problems and had my item back to me in a matter of a few days. Highly recommend them and their excellent customer service!

I loved the item and how it came just some minor scuffs that were easily wiped away and I noticed the console storage isn’t at 1000 but 848. Idk whether to contact the seller or not. Packacking was very safe with the bubble wrap and extra cushion inside
