One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

“Excellent” in terms of refurbishment grade is an understatement. This thing came in lookin brand spankin new! Controller is all good to go, haven’t had any problems like drift or deadzones, system is fast and had no connectivity problems. Very pleased.

Works perfect, I use it every day, and it has exceeded my expectations for a refurbished gaming system.

Amazing! Works just like new! Only issue is that the battery is a bit loose and can sometimes cut the system off, and there’s no memory card included with the console, but other than that, it’s great!

It works amazing!! 🤩 It is scratched and u can see it has gone through some things but it works great so that's the important part and also the controller. My HDMI cable that came in the box did not work it was glitching and not showing anything so I just went and bought a new one on Walmart IDK if it was my TV or something else but after getting new HDMI cable it worked great so far so good I love the name of this business it really is close to the black market so I told my little brother I was buying a PS4 from the black market 😂😂💀 The delivery was really fast and I love the way it was wrapped. The only thing is that it would be good to have directions on how to connect the stuff to your TV or PC cause I had to go on a witch hunt on the internet to connect it because I had never owned nothing like this!! but thank you!! I was so afraid it would not work or it would never arrive this app felt like too good to be true however it's true so yayyyyy 🥰

It was so nostalgic to buy a psp 3000 and have it work just like it did back then. the quality was great, controls were clean and the overall condition was pretty good! One minor fault - the battery pack backing slot kept falling off but i was able to buy a replacement part online. no complaints otherwise!

I was so impressed when my My PS4 Slim console arrived in 24 hrs! It was in excellent condition (spotless, no scratches) and functioned flawlessly. The HDMI and the power cable were included along with a clean DualShock 4 controller and a USB charging cable. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and the shipping efficiency, so I plan to use Back Market again.

ok ... here we go: Jan 2025 I made both my Discovery of BackMarket's existence, and my first purchase. So far, everything seems to be smooth, the PlayStation came as quickly as could it could considering we were hit with inclement weather right in the middle of its transport. It was packed with some of the most heavy duty industrial bubble wrap I've ever seen in my life, to ensure it was well protected during shipping. It is plugged in, powered on, and hooked up, and is currently downloading software updates and games needed, (so far) with no incident. Overall, up until now I am happy with my transaction here. I was given regular email updates as to the status and location of my console that I ordered. To be honest, it was almost excessive, but considering what was going on with the weather; me having any sum of money tied up waiting on something to arrive; I don't fault them for the extra couple email updates at all. I'm quite pleased. I am sincerely hoping there are no( preventable) issues with this console cuz I do look forward to working with BackMarket again on my next purchase of tech.
