I really like them. They are comfortable, the sound is high quality (I’m no expert though), and they’re in top condition. I wouldn’t have paid full price for these straight from Apple, so I love that I got them refurbished. I’ve also bought many other products from BackMarket- 2 Switches, 2 iPads, an Apple Watch, and an iPhone. I’ve always had great experiences.

First of all, shipping was real fast! Arrived in a box (the box wasn’t super clean but I really didn’t mind), a cover and a charging cord. The headphones are perfect, no scratch whatsoever, I can’t even tell they’re refurbished. No connectivity issues. So so worth it!

I recently purchased a refurbished pair of headphones (excellent), and I am thoroughly impressed! The quality is exceptional, indistinguishable from a brand-new pair. The shipping was incredibly fast, and the packaging was secure and neat. Overall, a fantastic purchase experience. Highly recommended!

When the package came I was so happy, everything came in it’s original package, which I was not expecting, because it was refurbished, but everything works perfectly fine, as I’m writing this I’m wearing them 10/10

Item itself is in good condition. But I notice when using it the battery life doesn't last too long. It says a duration of 5 hours per one charge. Again this is a refurbished items so I don't know it that is relevant or something that can be review prior to being put on the site for sell.

This speaker came in literally new perfect conditions even with the original box, now the box was not in perfect perfect state but its the original and who cares about the box lol the speaker was literally new, will definitely buy again from this refurbisher.

Headphones came in great condition, i couldn’t even personally tell that they’d been refurbished (even after owning the same pair of headphones before). Only con was that there wasn’t too much package protection for the headphones themselves. They were just in their regular holding case and stuffed into the delivery package.

The headphones are phenomenal. They sound incredible, they’re in ridiculously good shape, the charging box is even in great condition, and they came with a few different earbud options, one of which I hadn’t seen before and fits my apparently weird shaped ear holes perfectly! The headphones came a day early so that’s a plus. Honestly, I’m really happy with my purchase and with BM. I know the idea of selling refurbished isn’t new but BM makes this whole thing feel so much less sketchy, everything is well priced or you can find a price that works for your budget, and their marketing is on point. I’ll be coming back for future needs.

Back Market rocks... we sorely need businesses like this that refurbish and redistribute all the perfectly good products we have available. Incredible communication and quick turn around - and this farmer appreciates the savings on their tech. Thanks, y'all.
