second attempt at ordering something and so far so good I definitely took advantage of the warranty and this second purchase was definitely worth it

My soundbar arrived in great shape, with all associated cords, the remote even had a battery in it! It's working great and sounds amazing!

my experience with Backmarket has always been good. This transaction was smooth even though the soundbar was not working correctly. With no hassles, a return label was emailed to me to send it back.

I wanted to upgrade the sound for my bedroom tv. The bar has no HDMI but the optical cable works just fine. Sound quality is as good as other sound bars, you can’t beat it for the price.

Even though it's a used product, I really like the sound of the soundbar. Only problem is, a scratch and a broken edge on the speaker.

The speakers met my expectation, the sub woofer didn't wow me as I hoped though. I will recommend it anyways to future buyers
