4.4/5all in all a great scooter reliable minimum maintenance needed to keep it in tip top shape! the throttles are a bit 'sticky' not from any sticky solution but from the plastics touching when they regularly move, I guess in hind sight it keeps you at safer speeds and more in control of the scooter rather than loose throttles.

4.2/5This Question is Quality of MERCHANDISE, which said EXCELLENT 10 for me 7. No AIR in front tire, Low in rear. BRACKET around rear wheel NOT fastened tight & R Light occasionally blink's on & off. NO FASTENER on handle bar to keep Control Arm SECURE so HOVER1 can be MOBILE & control arm has play in it; from wheel to handlebar.
