phone was great. but im still trying to figure out why it took 5 days to ship the phone and i paid for expedited ahipping, but only 2 days to ship when i sent it back for a refund. im sure that u have a logical explanation for that right? im all ears

was happy with purchase other than the fact that the phone would not connect to a network, have purchased 3 phones from this site, and 2 of the 3 worked with ease, not mad or anything, just think that phone needs work before it's put oot again btw, it seems like it's stuck on Airplane mode, but can still engage AP mode but never fully disengages

phone works like a brand new one! I have had the galaxy note 10 since 2019 when they were released and I absolutely love it. which is why when mine had already went through 2 separate screen repairs I finally said it was time for a new one. beautiful phone but has a deep chip in the screen im afraid could turn into a crack. it was supposed to be in excellent condition.. I just noticed it. disappointed but ill send it back and find another one.
