For shoppers: I bought my iPhone 6S from BuySaveRepeat in Nov. 2020 and it's been hassel-free from day one. Wonderful. No issues, no problems. But now, no memory. So I'm back. For BackMarket: Here's the thing for us research-vendors-before-you-buy-their-refurbished-stuff folks: I compare loads of customer reviews to help lessen the chance I live someone else's shopping nightmare. And without a vendor search tool this takes waaaaaaay, way too long. I can do a hard-target search for exactly what I want but I can't find any specific vendor in the same direct and reliable way. Suggestion to BackMarket--- You have smart consumers living in a tight economy. Help us make our best choices without resigning ourselves to computer dry-eye and valium by simply adding a search-by-vendor box.

My iPod Touch had recently stopped holding a charge and since thet aren't produced any longer, I chose to buy an older iPhone and just not put a SIM card in it. I am so pleased with the iPhone 6s I purchased from BackMarket! It is in better condition than I expected and works great! I will definitely use BackMarket in the future when looking to purchase refurbished technology.

Bought this phone for my son. It has lasted over 2.5 years and just now acting up occasionally. So, here I am again, upgrading his phone to a refurbished 8 plus. Hopefully I will have another great experience with Back Market.

slight scratches on the screen for an excellent phone, But other than that it worked pretty well and the battery was not too bad, it was at 85% when i checked. pretty good purchase overall if you're looking for a cheap refurbished phone.

Great little phone that I am only using for it's music player capabilities. The item was as advertised, in great shape overall and ready to insert into my protective case to keep it alive from my rigorous use and handling. When I inserted an aux plug wire into The 3.5mm jack port, it was actually plugged up some with lint or gunk and would not work because the plug would not go in properly and seat as it should. I fix things often so I used a small wire to dig out the port and got all the gunk out and it works fine now. Not a big deal for me, but could have been an issue for someone else. I appreciate Back Market and I was not about to bug them about this tiny oversight by whatever company refurbished the unit. Not many folks are still using the plug anyway, so a rare occurrence in the big picture of things. I would buy from this seller again for sure, as they float a 1 year warranty on the item I bought. I got the 6S because it’s the last model made with a headphone port, which I use to connect to my car. It arrived in perfect condition, in 4-5 days. I had to replace the battery in a little under 2 years, but it wasn’t a big deal. The process was easy. I definitely recommend Back Market for refurbished devices.

The phone was packaged very well and is in perfect condition! If I didn't know it was a used/refurbished one, I would have thought it was brand new! Thanks for your great service.

New phone works great, it was definitely worth the money. Only issue was the battery was trash. Thing kept turning off at 50% and depleting super fast. Spent 60 bucks on a new battery at a local shop instead of sending to the seller and waiting 2 weeks. Still cost less than the cheapest new iPhone
