We ordered a refurbished Switch console for my daughter and it came promptly and is in great condition, so we're very impressed there! The seller originally only included a generic USB to C power cable, without a plug. The cord and our home USB compatible plugs weren't strong enough to power the console, but thankfully we had a laptop charger which worked, so my daughter could play. I contacted Backmarket who contacted the seller and we received a new OEM charger within a couple days, so in the end, all is well, although we would have much preferred to receive a functioning charging cord with the original shipment.

Very happy with my purchase! I was worried because the listing didn’t mention that the dock came with it and the support team got back to me in 24 hours with a guarantee that it would be included. I love buying refurbished items!

Everything was great, like new, expet for the joy cons which are known to age poorly. The controlls are a little soft the the right hand one is a little loose when attached to the switch. I can clean them up with some isoporpal alcahol or get factory new joy con replacements elsewhere but still disappointed that I have to do some refurbishing myself when I got excellent quality.

Refurbished ought to mean that the unit was factory reset. But my PS5 arrived with the accessibility features turned on, and an existing user account and Wi-Fi network saved in memory. That's not refurbished, folks. That's straight used. Factory resets matter. Come on. The unit is great, like new, and runs cool. But whatever advantage BackMarket offers over eBAY was not existent in this transaction. And wasn't this PS5r supposed to include a controller? No? Well, it didn't.

My shopping on Back Market was good, but not perfect. I bought 2 used Nintendo Switch sets, saving 1/3 off the price of new ones. The information provided was accurate. They appeared to be in good condition, but one was missing the charger, so I had to spend an extra $20. They were both anonymous gifts to charity, so I did not test them.

I got the excellent condition, it works good and only had a tiny little dent on the top(not visible really) overall i say its worth it if you want a good working 3ds, shipping was normal, packaged was normal.

Bought a switch off of BM to play Mario kart w friends and family. It arrived looking pretty much new. Works perfect. I’ll continue to use BM forever. I have bought several IPhones and and other Joycons from BM. I refuse to buy brand new, or used that have not been refurbed.

I've had the Switch OLED for about 2 weeks now and so far it's been great. Arrived 2 days before it was supposed to. Even without the original box, everything was packed nice and tight. Haven't had any issues with game play, connections, or the controllers. It was listed in Fair condition, but I would put it as Good. Aside from some wear marks near the charging port and two very very small chips in the screen (I can feel them but they're not noticeable in game play), this thing is 10/10.

The description didn’t say anything about what exactly was included. You get a switch, left and right joycons, the controller that you slot the joycons on, the little slides you put on the joycons to use them separately, a dock, a power adapter for the dock, and a USB-A to USB-C cable. My accessories came in pristine condition, with some still in the packaging. The switch and joycons, however, were a little worse for wear. The joysticks in the controllers are loose and rattle around, and the left joycon waggles forwards and backwards when slotted on the switch. I was a little surprised when both controllers worked fine when I started playing games. The switch itself came with a heavily scratched screen, both scratches all over the place and scratches from where the dock rubs against the screen. The screen itself has no defects and there are no dead zones in the digitizer. The buttons on the switch, the USB-C port, the game card reader and the SD card reader all work. There are also scratches all over the switch body, and one corner was chipped off, which didn’t really affect usability.
