Love blackmarket. Great place to buy stuff from. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase from them. Once again my iMac showed up in a nicely packed box. It was just as described in condition. Fired it up and voila its like a new unit! I also love that when trying to decide which unit is right for you they have the helpful comparisons avail to you. Quality and pro place for great used or like new gear!

So sad!! My dream computer came ready for my birthday only to find it was STILL LOGGED INTO ANOTHER OWNER and that I needed a password to log in. Don’t they check to make sure they have factory reset it?! Zero care went into making sure my computer was ready for a new owner. Now i have to package it back up and bring it to UPS. It’s so heavy I’m going to have to ask someone to help me, SO DISAPPOINTING!! 😭😭
