There’s literally no scratch on my iPad . Also I purchase excellent condition and after doing the diagnostic test the battery life is 97%. I will definately say this was a good buy. Only draw back is I will have to purchase a charger as the one I got don’t work right . good packaging and shipment was fast as well so I still give a 5 star ❤️

Item is in good condition, though it has charging issues that were never disclosed. When plugged in it sometimes will not begin charging. Probably going to have to take it in to a repair shop at some point.

It’s a little slower than I expected, but I think it’s because I use my iPhone for everything and it’s pretty fast by comparison. That’s not on them though! I had it rushed because I needed it for a conference and it got here a few hours earlier than expected! They kept in touch with tracking info every 4hrs. Great place to get a refurb!!

Fantastic. It came in great condition, holds a full battery charge, and functions well with no issues. I was fully expecting AT LEAST a scratch on the screen, but it looks and functions like new. I don't think I'll ever buy new again, this was an Excellent deal!

So I purchased this iPad in July 2022, it would have been about 2 years old when purchased. I also got a Gen 2 Apple Pencil as this was used primarily for art. I love the features - the iPad ran smoothly, was not jerky when I did art (good processing), had plenty of memory overall. The Apple Pencil worked seamlessly with it. Overall, I loved this purchase. Some negatives: The battery life was pretty bad. Especially since the Apple Pencil "leeches" battery while in the case with the iPad to recharge itself. I knew that if I hadn't had it plugged in for a day or so (even if it had had full battery and I hadn't used it) it would be either dead or very nearly so. I also had a little problem with the screen, I'm not sure if it was from the charger or what, but around the power supply (where the charging cord plugs in), on the screen, there was a yellow/goldish "halo". It was clearly some kind of reaction to heat from the charging cord (and I did receive a non-Apple charging cord when I receieved the product). Now if you were just using this as a note taking iPad, or for any purpose besides art, that wouldn't probably be deal breaking, but as an artist I can't have any problems with t...
