I am amazed. I got a “good” condition phone, it’s in incredible shape. Not only is it a cosmetic 9/10, battery health is at 100%. So pleased with my purchase. Incredible value for money, and far more sustainable.

I bought a good condition iPhone 13 and it seems to have full functionality with an 88% battery health. However, there are very noticeable scratches and dents on the body close to the face.

Phone was in fair condition with 98% battery health and only a few minor scratches on the screen. Very good condition for fair. Although I was unable to transfer my data from my iphone 12 for over a day because this phone wouldn’t load. I spent HOURS trying to fix it and it would just sit there loading on the software update screen. But I tried a different method of transferring used an icloud backup instead of transferring it directly. This worked but it was very annoying setting up this phone but other than that it was perfect.

I needed a phone with more storage and I’ve never purchased any used phones before. This phone arrived practically new for nearly half the price of an actual new one of the same model. No scratches or blemishes visible and everything is working fantastic so far. Battery health is at 100% and I’m hoping it would last for a while. And the one year warranty makes me feel better about purchasing a refurbished phone.

In perfect condition, great battery life, I'm really happy with this purchase!! Much cheaper than getting a refurbished phone from Apple/doing their trade-in program.

It’s good but I thought the battery would be better. It’s about 93% so it has to be charge a couple of times a day. Other than that it has worked well.

I have had the phone for a week and it's been great! Very good condition. Better than expected. Battery life has been significantly better than my previous iPhone.

Quick and easy, very satisfied. Used Gazelle in the past, their customer service was horrible. Will use Back Market from now on.

Got a great deal on this phone, I'm very happy with it. Shipped very fast and it came in great condition, ready to go, and even with the battery charged. Battery health is at 88%. It said "good" condition, but this thing literally looks brand new. I don't see any scratches or dents or anything! :)
