I ordered this because the IPhone 7 was my first phone and I locked myself out of my old one so I bought this one for a backup and nostalgic reasons. There were slight scratches on the phone but I wasn’t mad at that because I was expecting that. The sound and graphics quality were impeccable. And I also customised the background and homepage. So if I could rate it 10/5 I would but I can’t, so yeah a 10/5 for me

I’m very satisfied with the product which is a refurbished iPhone 7, the dissatisfaction I have is with myself because I should have spent a little more to get a new battery with the phone and I wasn’t sure if a refurbished phone came with a new battery or not. FOR ANY ONE WONDERING THE SAME THING: No a refurbished phone does not Come with a new battery. However, Back Market is with the money!

I am learning how to use the phone, so I am watching instructions on you tube. So far, everything is going great. The condition was in excellent condition. The delivery was very prompt, fast, and accurate in timing. Maybe I will purchase a case for the phone. Thank you, Dorothy! PS It is very exciting to deal with an Honest company like Back Market. I purchased 2 phones both came in excellent condition but I ended up having technical problems with one. The seller made good with the problem. They didn’t have a replacement so they refunded the money very fast these phones were the 5th items I purchased from Black Market and I so far am very satisfied. Products have come like new no scratches nice battery life ect. I recommend using Black Market to anyone looking to buy refurbished electronics.

Back market was awesome. Had to make a return because the phone was for my daughter who likes to listen to music that it was just so old the battery only lasted 1.5 to 2 hrs. It also was going down in battery life while charging at times. Back market made it easy to return.

I purchased 2 of these for my smaller kids , they work great and look great , no issues , delivery is so fast and informative as well . My go to site for phones ! The price is unmatched, I went to a cell phone store and omg the prices were insane for 1 , thnx to Backmarket I was able to purchase two for not even half the price of one new phone that was not unlocked which I had to pay extra fees for and get a service line , which I didn’t need . The shipping was so fast and the phone was in great shape! I’m glad I gave BackMarket a chance. My old phone finally stopped working and I needed a good replacement that wouldn’t cost me hundreds of dollars or require another 2 year contract with my provider. It came very well package it work very good and fine,, it work to good for that price the only thing is it gets a lil hot when u play on it while it’s charging but over all this was a 10/10 definitely recommend y’all to Order off back market i love this app so much,, and yea 😝😘 it’s supposed to be fair but it came excellent likeeee.
