This is my 5th device purchased from Back Market and what a terrific refurbisher! This MacBook Air is a good machine. However, it was marked "excellent condition," but it was not as flawless previous devices I've purchased from BM. There were minor scratches on the screen, minor scratches on the lid, and about 6 of the keys are well worn and very shiny due to use. Assuredly, not in excellent condition by Back Market standards. However, with the purchase of a plastic cover and a thin keyboard cover, the problem is not visible.

I was skeptical about buying refurbished items as I had a bad experience a few years ago(not from back market though), but I have to say everything works great! I got excellent condition and it literally came as if it’s new out of the box. The charger was a bit dirty so I had to wipe it down, and the only thing bad about the computer is it dies rather quickly and it can be slow to load at times. Other than that I love it! Would recommend.

I ordered the MacBook Air 2018 in fair condition and it literally looks brand new! I am very pleased with it so far. It works really well and has tons of storage. Shipping was fast and everything was packaged nicely. Overall, this was a great experience! I highly recommend.

I didn't necessarily care for the packaging, it just came bubble wrapped on all sides then sealed in the box with the charging cable and brick in a plastic bag. Other than that my MacBook Air works perfectly fine, not a single scratch, dent, or any imperfection in sight. I love it and the price I bought it at. Will be buying another device from here again!

The used MacBook Air came in a nice cushioned cardboard box. It was clean and looked great upon opening the package. A couple small scratches and 1 good sized dent in the corner. But it is 100% functional including Touch ID so for $300 I’m happy!

I'm more than happy with purchasing the MacBook Air Retina 13-inch (2018) - Core i5 - 16GB - SSD 512GB. It had a scratch on the aluminum body, which is to be expected for the advertised good condition (the aluminum is quite soft), but I polished it, and it is no longer an issue. The item was clean, and everything worked.

When I received the MacBook I was very impressed. It looked brand new. The only thing that gave it away was the packaging lol. You can’t tell it was refurbished and my valentine thought I spent over a grand.

Amazing condition for a fair grade Mac. A few nics and scratches on the exterior but other than that it works perfectly fine, love the performance. Only issue is that the charger that it came with wasn’t the same type to charge it so I had to use one of my own to plug into the adapter. All in all, Beautiful purchase and beautiful Mac.
