love my new notebook . Happy with the delivery and condition of the device. love the way it works seamlessly with my other apple products. I highly recommend this black market refurbished as they seem very reliable a company for this if you need to upgrade and don't want to spend a high premium!!

Ordering and delivery were great. I was definitely hesitant ordering refurbished, but overall it’s been a good experience. Took a gamble with getting a “good” condition and so far I’ve only found a couple of things. The right click button doesn’t seem to work and the speakers only seem to work on the left side. It works Overall it is a great deal and wonderful way to get a good product. Will likely buy again

Definitely not disappointed with this purchase. I was looking for something budget friendly and I was skeptical on refurbished but after doing some research I was pleasantly surprised with this option. Would 10000% recommend

I'm not a fan of refurbished items, but my 14 year old MacBookAir needed a new battery. I spoke with a tech repair man who advised me to go to Back Market and buy a refurbished Mac. He advised that this company has never let him down. I'm an elderly lady and not tech savy at all. Their company made it easy to understand RAM's and the like. I know nothing about the workings of the hardware in a computer. This company, Back Market made it very easy for me to understand and to quickly purchase what I needed. The computer was shipped quickly and it was like brand new. It has been wonderful to work on. Thank you Back Market. I will use them again.

I bought this laptop in "Excellent" condition. I assume it was refurbished due to a broken screen. Whoever installed the new screen definitely smudged the glass from the inside lol. It is incredibly annoying, since I won't be able to get them off without replacing the screen entirely. I think it could've been more securely shipped as well. But other than that, the laptop seems to be in good working condition. There's only one noticeable ding, which doesn't bother me. Overall, I am happy with my purchase & think it was definitely worth the price.

There was only one scratch by the apple logo and had some trouble downloading music on Apple Music but other than that it works like new and it’s my first MacBook….. will buy a iPad from here but overall satisfied!

Great price and came very clean with a great working charger, I love it. I decorated it pink and I think I got it a couple of weeks ago, it works amazingly!!

I had my doubts and thoughts of using black market but when I found some of the reviews from simply Mac I was scared because I only read the bad reviews.even though I chose for my product to come in excellent there were a scratch or two on the laptop I can live with it it looks stunning thank you so much simply Mac for allowing me to receive a case with my laptop.also hope you excel to the top and never decrease thank you so much! Hashtag proud customer!!!!☺️

My Mac arrived early by several days. I paid for "Good" but it truly looks excellent. A few minor blemishes on the shiny apple logo but no other visible marks; it's clean and works beautifully! And about half the cost of buying refurbished from the manufacturer.
