The seller sent me a very good mac book pro It has no cracks or scratches or scuffs and only have 100 cycles I will definitely recommend this seller I ordered a excellent condition only thing I didn’t like is that it wasn’t a apple charger but the charger still works I would give this a 10/10

So I had heard about this website and decided to give it a try. After looking at the reviews, I felt really good about ordering a laptop in “good” condition to save a little money since I really only need it for occasional remote work and personal use. I have to say that this laptop is basically flawless and might as well be brand new. I honestly cannot believe that I got a MacBook in perfect condition for under $600. I have been telling everyone I know about this website and it’s honestly the best refurbished marketplace I’ve seen. I can’t wait to purchase more from BackMarket.

Honestly, the macbook I received was running like new. Besides a few scruffs on the side and sticker outlines from the previous owner, it’s running like it’s being used for the first time. I never had any issues setting it up or transferring from my old MacBook. For the price I paid for, it was a really good deal!

Did not know about Back Market until I made this purchase and they really delivered, got exactly what I paid for and their wrapping job was impeccable, felt incredibly confident that the product wasn't damaged in transit.

The first MacBook Pro I purchased had problems, but BackMarket took it back happily and refunded me quickly. I bought a different one (for less $) here, and it's working great! It has a few very minor cosmetic issues, which I expected, and performs much better than the other one, even though it's a year older. The only quibble is with the 2-year warranty on the defective MacBook, which is taking some extra effort to get refunded -- but I trust it will work out!

Overall happy with the Mac but the keyboard is super sensitive and a bit frustrating at times. Not sure if it's just the model because the keys definitely feel different than a 2015 Macbook Pro I own and those keys work seemlessly. But overall good quality for the price.

I got a MacBook Pro 2018 with Touch Bar the MacBook is nice I don’t know how to feel about it I just received it yesterday I’ll be giving another update the scratches and dents on the corner are not bad I just kinda don’t like how they tried to hide the mess ups like the MacBook already came with a case to cover the scratches I guess and the keyboard came with a keyboard case already on it I guess to cover the lift keys … but for what I paid for and the condition I bought it I know what to except overall I love the MacBook thank you ! I just need some to to complete my courses so this a good start up computer for now it kinda gets warm fast but overall it’s nice no glitching or anything interally wrong with it as of right now
