It's still super early in the purchase(8 hours) but the laptop I purchased exceeded my expectations. I ordered a Mid 2017 13" Macbook Pro in "good" condition maybe 2 or 3 scuffs on the case, but the screen is good as new, the battery is in "normal" status and holds its charge well. It came shipped with OS 10.12 but I just updated it to OS 12.7. The only issue, which isn't a seller issue or backmarket issue is when I went to set it up the first time I got "stuck" at the Terms and Conditions page. All I had to do to get around it was skip iCloud set up and set it up later. Forutnately this is a well known issue with buyers of renewed/refurbished macintosh products. I got my friend considering purchasing refurbished and I'm glad my experience has been a good example of when buying renewed goes well.

The display on my older MacBook Pro went and it was less expensive to buy a replacement and transfer the hard drive than it was for repair or data recovery. Smooth transaction, replacement condition was accurate as described and works perfectly.

Honestly the best! I order the 2017 Macbook Pro 13 inch in FAIR condition, I was expecting to see at least a few scratches, but turns out there was NONE. Came with the organically cable and adapter as well, honestly amazed! 10000000% Recommend!! 💯💯💯

I was a little skeptical about purchasing a refurbished MacBook but I’m glad I did. I certainly saved myself a ton of money and I’m satisfied with what I got. I chose the “fair” condition and only thing I’ve noticed so far are a few scratches on the cover of the Mac, but so far, the computer is running smoothly and I love my purchase.

I haven't had a Macbook in the last so years. Almost four years of using a Macbook, this purchase was the best ever, especially for a refurbished company.
