honestly I was very hesitant on buying a refurbished laptop but decided to give it a try, I was eyeing a MacBook Pro 15 inch since I had previously owned a MacBook Pro 13 inch with the Touch Bar and completely fell in love with it but sadly had to sell it away. I was searching for the right MacBook Pro 15 inch for the right price and couldn't believe the price I paid what a steal! bought the laptop Sept 15th and finally arrived Sept 20th. I bought the fair condition needless to say it's in impeccable shape, everything works, no scratches at all. it really seems like I just bought straight from the apple store that's nice & clean it is. I never write long reviews for anything but I just want to say thank you for giving me my dream laptop with an affordable price and I will love every second of it!

Computer came in excellent condition as described. Only thing I am dissatisfied with it the knock off computer charger that came with my macbook. I was told specifically by and Apple tech not to use it as it may cause battery issues and or a fire. I also work in IT and spoke to my team regarding the issue. Same conclusion. Back Market told me the charger meets their standards and to go go purchase a legit one on my own if I wanted.

The Macbook Pro looks great and performs great. I did not know what to expect as I have never purchased refurbished before. To date I am completely satisfied. Thank you! I have had the Mac for a little over two weeks and it has performed wonderfully. It is quickly becoming my go too computer.

VERY happy with what I received! Night and day difference, I had previously bought a Macbook Pro 2017 15" and it was terrible, but I gave it another shot and bought from the same refurbisher...and the MacBook Pro 2017 15" I got is sooooo much better! I got it in "good" condition and this laptop looks like it is in excellent condition. I even checked the battery's health and it has a new battery in it, 1 battery cycle, also there are very very minor scratches and it's not even noticeable. I am VERY happy that I got this laptop from Back Market and Omaha Blue. Also, shipping was crazy fast, 2 business days in rural Idaho!

Getting a MacBook off of here had me really nervous. I did have a good experience with headphones but this is a different thing but it came on time! and was so beautiful. I did get the best one but it still did have small scratches i did not notice and happens to heat up a bit but over time that somewhat solved itself. I very much recommend, will be coming back to get headphones for college!!

The laptop work perfectly for it’s intended purposes, I couldn’t have asked for a better device. Only issue that I have is that there are a few scratches around the laptop surface and sides. I can easily get a cover to make this not an issue but if know earlier I could have bought a case as well.

Amazing seller, I bought the MacBook Pro 2017 15 inch. I used it for almost a year and just recently it stopped working. I contacted the seller and started a return for repair because It was still covered under the 12 month warranty. Within a few days the seller sent me the laptop back. Instead of waiting to get the laptop fixed the seller just sent me a new laptop which is amazing. I highly recommend this seller.

I ordered the fair condition and was a little nervous. However, the small and barely noticeable markings on the front and back of the MacBook Pro saved me a few dollars with absolutely no effect to the laptop. Beautiful and my 2017 has updated to the latest IS version. The speed is amazing. I will definitely be buying again.

Today is a great day!! I received my correct MacBook Pro and it is gorgeous! The charger Works and everything looks fantastic. I haven’t set her up yet but from first looks no complaints. I had no idea how the replacement process would go but thanks for holding my hand. I hate having to wait but the fact you all made it right is cool with me. I will continue to shop on back market and thanks to Omaha Blue a great business vendor for correcting the issue!!! 10/10
