Rating it purely on the sale, it's great. I like the 2019 MacBook Pro Retina... not a big fan of the Touch Bar, but otherwise it is a great computer. Came with Sonoma already installed and it works like a champ. I have ordered previously from Back Market and they always provide great customer service. I am sure I will continue to be a customer well into the future. Thanks, BM, for great service and great products.

The computer works well and arrived in good condition as described. I am content with the purchase. Though, I noticed that the laptop easily gets pretty hot (just by standing on the table and having several programs open an working simultaneously - but no rendering or any demanding tasks). I am not sure if that is normal as I have not had a MacBook Pro before and I am currently in pretty warm climate - but that is an aspect that has me wondering a bit. Other than that, everything is great.

I purchased a macbook pro in excellent condition, everything about it is incredible. It works amazingly. The support team is quick to respond and very respectful. My laptop was delivered fast and I got a good deal! When my laptop broke three months later (purple streaks across screen) I contacted customer support and after we talked a bit I was able to send back my laptop and get a new one (after the seller inspected my last laptop) The service was 10/10! I would definitely recommend Back Market

This was a Christmas gift for our kiddo who is attending a university. So far, so good! He loves it, so far.

I’m not new to buying from this site, but this will probably be my last purchase. Other than the condition it arrived in, it seems like a solid MacBook. I’m giving this a 3 star 😂 because although it is in great working condition, Physically it almost made me return it. It arrived kinda dirty and with these Russian stickers on the keyboard letters. What annoys me is it was an easy fix to remove them w/ an exacto blade and it looks like the seller attempted to do it but gave up two characters in. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel as though it is the job and responsibility of the seller to AT LEAST attempt to delivery the item in a clean and presentable fashion, I had to remove each one with a small blade then give it several scrubs to remove the adhesive. Spent 2+ hours removing and cleaning and it was starting to look better than it arrived. Added some accessories & some charm to it and it looks and feels like a brand new Mac. Luckily for this seller I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed this MacBook to finish some client work. TLDR; Came fast, great working condition but arrived dirty and took some elbow grease to clean. Seller could’ve put in more cleaning efforts. 3 out of 5.

It's a great laptop. Very clean and hardly noticeable that was used. Had smaller scuffs but nothing to be worried about. Will purchase more items soon.
