Wasted a week - I specifically purchased the phone locked for Verizon. Phone came locked for a different carrier. I wasted two days trying to troubleshoot, two hours on chat with Verizon, then finally took it in to the store before they physically looked at it and told me the phone was locked for another carrier. When I tried to return it on BackMarket, I see this happens often enough for it to be its own category in the return section. Very frustrating experience.

In my opinion, I guess it would be ideal to ship all the phones contents in the box have a power supply and cable outside the box just a thought or an idea. Everything else seems fine waiting to connect the phone to my carrier in

this phone barely ran anything, and when I got it, it barely had any memory on it 😭 it's a 2019 phone, I thought it'd still run decently, but it didn't run any apps..
