    The item didn't appear to fit in the Excellent rating as described. Glass screen appeared to have been replaced. The top edge appears like jagged glass would. The case covers it so no worries there. The worst part is the battery. Phone needs a charge 2-3x a day.

    I ordered a premium condition Note 20 ultra(Verizon) and it wasn't even close to that. I got it from the seller and it was poor to fair at best. a surface scratch on the back and a hard ding on the side. Not only that, the screen was burnt in meaning, there was another screen behind the one you're using that has a burnt pic of the apps into the screen. I expected better since I have done a few transactions and had no issues. I think Backmarket needs to do a better job on determining who the sellers are.
