2nd s23 ultra ordered and paid for this month. Neither were locked Verizon. one was xfinity and one was 100% unlocked. i believe the sellers think. well, maybe the cust won't notice or maybe they will just accept it. either way, they get the sell. instead..you waste people's time and money. and tape and mailers and a couple of trips to ups to return and also need to return cases and accesdories. big PITA!
