Lovely MacBook Air, as advertised. I needed it in a hurry, for a good price. BackMarket fulfilled that completely. My only gripe is that the charger is not an Apple charger. Otherwise, it's totally fine. Thank you!

iMac came in great condition no problems at all, the only thing is it didn’t come factory reset. I had to factory reset it myself but other than that, a great purchase.

The quality of the phone is amazing. I sometimes forget it was refurbished and not brand new. It works great, the battery life is decent for a Google phone, and there were no scratches or issues with the fingerprint scanner as I read in previous reviews! (I bought the excellent condition just btw!) Shipping was super fast too. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase :)

It seems brand new! Came in the pristine box, with all manuals and cards, and Google offered me all the promo deals on their services as soon as I activated it. Has worked fine for a week so far. It downloaded and installed a more recent version of Android with no issues.

Back Market was an outstanding option for my needs. I was shopping for a mobile phone to connect to an Insulin pump. The phone's only requirement was that it would pair with the Dexcom glucose monitoring system and be able to connect to WiFi. The Galaxy A42 checked on all points plus it has a pretty nice camera. It was locked, which didn't matter since Cell service was not needed. The phone was polished and unscarred- it looked like it had never been used. And delivery was quick. Overall very pleased and will definitely shop Back Market again.

Actually in good condition, a couple of scratches and nothing major, and no scratches or anything on the screen. Battery life is good too and no issues so far. I am delighted I ordered this and it's totally good for the price too.

I have bought several items on Backmarket and have been satisfied with their porducts and customer service. The mouse has been working good. At first the scroll seemed to be stuck (a commen problem with this mouse) but I was able to get it unstuck quickly and it has worked fine since then. Thank you!

when I first got the computer it wouldn't charge so I had to go elsewhere and buy me a new charger now the screen is cracked and I didn't know how to send it back in with my order protection plan and under the warranty for a new one 2012 MacBook Air laptop.
