This was my 4th purchase from Back Market and each time I'm surprised at the quality and condition. I've never 'splurged' for the best condition, but each time, it's practically new looking to me. In my experience, they've been conservative on their condition estimations which should be a great comfort to anyone hesitant to buy a refurbished device. As for the usability, I cannot distinguish between brand new and products sold here. Devices work no different than fresh from the box. I don't need the latest and greatest and since Apple supports their devices for long periods of time, this device is expected to last quite a while for me. Bonus: the device arrived considerably faster than expected. Not sure how this could have been a better experience, but if there is, I bet Back Market will find a way and surprise me again.

Very happy with the device, works great, however there was two relatively deep scratches in the screen but I'm aware thats kind of the cost of refurbished goods. The scratches do not impact screen performance or looks, it's really just noticeable with certain screen colors or when the screen is off.

Received my MacBook a week earlier than the expected delivery. Purchased the Fair Condition and I must say that everything is excellent! Literally could've been listed as Excellent Condition! Battery Health 88%, Speaker sounds amazing, all keys intact, screen has no imperfections.. Im very happy with my purchase! Saved myself $500+ by buying refurbished. My only concern is that the packaging is minimal. It arrived in a fitted box so it's very easy to assume what is in the package. Also, the MacBook arrived freezing cold due to the weather outside. I think it should be shipped a little better protected but that has not affected the quality.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

I bought this refurbished Macbook Air on Christmas Eve two years ago and it is still working. I'm so happy with this purchase. I give a 4/5 rating due to the cosmetic scratches that don't affect performance but are an eyesore no question.

The order of my MacBook Pro was easy and it operates just as it should. I am very happy with my new computer, except that the battery capacity is only 86%. It holds a charge all day long, but I am afraid that I will be needing a new battery in a year or so. I guess that is the trade-off when you purchase a refurbished computer.

My new iPhone 14 Pro Max is working perfectly. I am completely satisfied with it. I would like some information on whether my iPhone 14 still has some water resistance. I understand that once a phone is opened for repair or reconditioning, we can no longer assume that it has the same water resistance it had when it was new. But is it likely to have retained at least some of its original resistance? In any case, I plan to keep this phone far away from any bodies of water. Figuring out how to provide the information BackMarket requires for me to be paid for the iPhone I am replacing was difficult, but I believe I finally figured that out. I am waiting to be paid now.

Great idea to purchase this refurbished MacBook Air from Back Market. In my eyes pristine. Works perfect and performs the tasks that I purchased it for. Absolutely no reason to buy a new one unless the exact specs you need can only be found new. Refurbished is the way to go. Thanks BackMarket.
