My MacBook Air M1 arrived with a few deep scratches over the front and back of the laptop. I did order “good quality” however, once I transferred everything from my old MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad everything got much better. I have not experienced an issue with the MacBook running slow or lagged. There were some applications that I do pay for that the App Store wanted me to pay again to have another yearly subscription to. I thought that was strange, it does work pretty well with my office 365 application that I pay for on my iPhone and MacBook along with one drive. Sometimes I do experience lag while operating Microsoft Office. I only hope that this MacBook Air M1 lasts for a while. I do really like how small it is, I enjoy writing and will be in grad school soon so I know how helpful this air will be for me.

Excellent Upgrade! I recently purchased a pre-owned 2020 MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD), and I couldn't be happier! Coming from my older 2012 and 2013 models, this was a major upgrade. The speed is amazing, the keyboard is smooth and responsive, and I love the backlit keys and shortcut lettering. Everything runs effortlessly, and it feels like a brand-new machine. So far, so good—thank you for a great product and experience!

I am extremely happy with my purchase! The MacBook Air 13-inch (2017) arrived in excellent condition, and the delivery was incredibly fast. The customer service was outstanding throughout the process. My daughter absolutely loves the laptop, and it works perfectly for her needs. It is perfect. My IT guy updated the software and we were in business. It is such a gift to have this computer for use by a man who is homebound. It is excellent to have this high quality machine on the table with no profusion of wires & with the camera and speakers built-in. So far I absolutely love my purchase! No dents or scratches whatsoever, works fast, battery is great. I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll be back in a few months for an update! I will be using this for school and also starting photography. I bought excellent grade.

It works great! Everything functions well and it looks good. I would say it’s more fair condition than good condition, though. It came with a keyboard and mouse that works well. I recommend it, but maybe don’t pay more for a good or excellent condition.

The order arrived on time, but it was delivered to the wrong address (UPS 🙄). I was able to find it myself. Works great, however I was disappointed with what was described as excellent condition. The perimeter of the screen has some sort of stain from a liquid. There are also a couple a tiny blemishes in the finish. Next time I’ll probably just save the money and buy the good quality instead.

I was on the fence about buying a product from here but gave it a shot, i’ve had my macbook now for a couple days works amazing haven’t had any issues, the only concerning thing was i had a pop up that said it detected an issue with the macbook but that also might have been because it hadn’t been updated yet and needed a system update. Overall an amazing purchase only had a few scratches on the bottom of the macbook, ordered in good condition i was very pleased with my purchase.

This is the fifth computer that I purchased from Back Market (either for myself or others). As with all the others, this one came in excellent condition (essentially new with a new personalized setup including new log in). It was a breeze updating the operating system from the older OS Catalina the the 2nd most recent OS Monterey. I also was able to use my backup mass storage to rapidly transfer files, apps (including microsoft office (word, power point, etc) onto the new computer without having to repurchase. In addition, it was easy to reinstall I movie which was I program that I use very often. As with all of the others from Back Market, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.
