I appreciate the quick shipping, great communication and receiving exactly what I paid for. The mac is pretty fantastic.

I ordered a unlocked phone and received a Verizon phone. It's not what I expected. When I ordered a unlocked phone I didn't think it would include a carrier. The phone physically is great however loaded with bloatware from the carrier. I think the Ultra would have been a better choice in phones but not if it has a carrier attached.

I paid for excellent grade but that is not what I got. There are very visible dents and marks on the body and the screen is scratched and marked up. It says that excellent grade the screen is good and the body may have marks that are not noticeable. Again that's not what I got. Very disappointed that I paid more to get excellent grade and looks like I got fair grade. So upsetting! As far as how it works that part is fine.

Incredibly fast shipping. The phone is in great condition, very minor scratches which is expected as just good condition. Works perfectly fine and is definitely better than my old iPhone 8. I highly recommend.

The device was delivered in good timing and all of the contents worked correctly. My only issue is that I payed for "excellent" condition and received a device with multiple surface scratches in the top and a pretty decent gouge as if it had been dropped on the corner.

Love this laptop, got here way quicker than it said. The BackMarket workers were so helpful and reached out just to make sure I had all the info I needed. Excited to use this laptop for coursework with my upcoming degree!

awesome trade I bought the computer with some fear knowing it was used but besides a small scratch on the side it was like new, battery running 100% full had screen toush sensor always work and even siri can answer all my questions. over all i love it

I ordered this MacBook in excellent condition, however, once it arrived there was sticker residue in multiple spots on the top and bottom of the laptop. There were also minor dents and scratches as well. After having this laptop for less than 30 days, the screen cracked, and I lost 1/4 of my screen view as it blacked out. I was super gentle with this laptop and kept it at home as I work from home. I sent it back in under the warranty as it was less than 30 days and they said they were not able to fix it but that I could trade it back in and lose hundreds of dollars. I'm not sure if the laptop was poorly refurbished or if this model of MacBook is just super fragile. Not a great experience on the whole with this purchase.
